Room's nice and big

Shall keep it short - Room 4 is ground level. Make sure you request not to be there, unless you enjoy being woken by locals leaving clubs at 2 a.m, industrial bin lorries at 5 a.m. or the roller-door of the multi-storey sounding like a war zone at 6 a.m.

Hotel was in good location with parking available at a discount. Breakfast was good. Sweets and chocolate were left in the room for the children

I thought that the service we had was very good & the member of staff who served us Emma big thank you for welcoming 🙂 us me & my best friend very professional the food was spon & fresh cooked fresh I definitely recommend Hopefully book up for pride

The staff at this hotel are extremely good and helpful! After a 7 hour journey to Liverpool we arrived and our room was absolutely immaculate and check in was done with ease thanks to the reception staff. The beds are really comfortable and it’s a very good nights sleep. I’ve now stayed here twice and had the same experience every time and couldn’t be happier! I will definitely be staying back here if I visit Liverpool.

Lovely comfy bed, clean room. Wonderful friendly staff. All right in the city centre. What more can you ask for? Pretty good breakfast too. We would definitely stay again. Thanks you.

The hotel was fully booked and we arrived before 3-00 check so asked for the early check in option for £10 but told sorry as we are full this option is unavailable. So had to wait two hours before our room was available. The breakfast in morning was very poor I guess due to hotel being full and the staff were under pressure but were struggling to cope. The breakfast buffet was empty and we had to wait for trays to be replenished. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work and we couldn’t get another room as was fully booked so had to sleep with windows open but the noise outside was terrible and kept us awake not very good situation. We have stayed at many premium inns but Don’t think I’d use this hotel again .

Arrived early on Friday and managed to get an early check in, Nathan went above and beyond to sort this for us, arranged our meal and breakfast slots all with a smile on his face and welcoming us back as we stayed here in October. Great long weekend leaving on the Monday morning, great food, nice and clean and great staff!!
