不愧是高檔點的酒店，服務一流👍🏻早餐是這家店的特色，有音樂家演奏和歌唱，值得一提早餐在兩個房間裏（一開始我以為衹有鋼琴那裡的甜品 後來發現樓梯另一側有酸奶和火腿這些），o1房間景觀很好，推薦！

這家酒店之前看網上評論説它有特色，我以為是古老色古香。現在住完，覺得它就是老舊，不僅燈光昏暗，還有點不太乾淨。這次我們在浴袍裏還發現了頭髮，嚴重懷疑他們沒有做好清潔。房間設備也很陳舊，一共衹找到兩個靠近門邊在地上的插頭，離床特別遠，特別不方便。房間空調已經調到30度最高温度，還是一點不冷。淋浴間的噴頭也每次用的時候，都會卡住拔不出來。我跟酒店反應了，找了兩個工作人員，來了就説是正常，他覺得一點問題都沒有。態度很差，一點表示歉意的態度都沒有。還有我有看到別的評論説，'在這家被盜，也是推卸責任。真的這個價位，這個酒店真的很不值。

很有特色的一個酒店。前台非常熱情的給介紹了各種設施。每次見到都熱情打招呼，主動提供幫助。

I’ve just stayed for 2 nights for the celebration of my partner’s Birthday. I usually don’t bother leaving reviews but I am absolutely blown away by the level of fantastic service we received! Where do I begin?! Firstly, a BIG thank you to Carla. Carla is both a receptionist and a singer and what a beautiful voice she has - she took the liberty to sing to my partner on the morning of her Birthday and gave her a hug which I felt was a very kind personal touch. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our stay special Carla! :) All the staff members are incredibly welcoming, friendly, inviting and nothing is too much for them. I have genuinely never experienced such great service. The hotel itself is beautiful and frankly is a destination within itself - it’s an old palace with stately rooms which are beautifully decorated. Breakfast was included in the stay, both mornings this was incredibly fresh and consisted of a very wide variety of Portuguese pastries, cooked items, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fruit juices and tea. The Spa includes a one hour session every day for guests which can be booked at reception. It’s very intimate and consists of a heated pool/hybrid jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The member of staff we had provided us with a glass of sparkling wine and was incredibly friendly - sadly I didn’t catch her name but a big thank you to her. Overall we had the best time! Thank you so so much! 😊

We enjoyed staying here for three nights. All of the staff were genuinely very friendly and reachable. We enjoyed the variety of the breakfast too, especially loved the tropical fresh fruits. The rooms were a bit small but not a big issue as we don’t spend all the time in the room and not sure if all rooms has this problem but there was a weird smell (likely from poor ventilation from a restaurant beside?). Everything was very clean. Overall cozy hotel and staff.

Lovely stay, the staff is helpful and sweet, the place is gorgeous and centrally located…breakfast is served every morning accompanied by a live pianist and violinist, so special.

Where do I start. This stay was phenomenal in just about every category for us. We flew in early so arrived around 10am to have them store our bags until check-in. Not only were they happy to do that, but also invited in for breakfast and coffee! The breakfasts here are just one of the many highlights, it’s spread out over 3 rooms with plenty of options for even the most finicky eaters. Our room was on the 3rd floor and featured a clawfoot tub and a wonderful view of the water and town. You can schedule a time slot for their Roman bath house and have it to yourselves each day, they even served us sparkling wine while we were in there. In the adjoining wine bar they have complimentary wine from 3 different regions of Portugal. We also did their Fado night and the performance was amazing and the setting intimate. Feel like I can go on and on, bottom line is this place is an experience. One we hope to repeat someday!

We preferred our original room. The second twin room was small. Lost my ice gel pack in the move but I know you did everything to try to locate it and still are. The breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible..loved the spa, the outside garden area. You have a wonderfully unique hotel, and we loved everything about it!

Clean and well maintained with lots of common area to relax specially after a long day of sightseeing. Makes us not want to leave the hotel. Always feels refresh in the morning. Not to mention good breakfast that’s included. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help.

Where do I begin! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Each and every member of staff was incredible, everyone smiled and chatted and it’s made our trip so memorable. We decided to stay there to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary and were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded to a room straight out of a fairytale. On our last day after checking out we dropped into the hotel a couple of times as we had a few hours before our flight back home and were treated no differently and were made to feel completely at all. Special thanks to Carla who was ever so bubbly and chatty and showed us round the hotel and again helped us when we needed bits for a tattoo we had just had done. Hats off to all the staff here including the lovely Bruno who does the transfers to and from the hotel. Will we stay here again? No questions asked it’s a resounding yes.

Simply amazing. Great location, 3 minutes to the metro. 20 minutes to the harbour and all down hill. Staff are very friendly and accomidating. Everyone speaks English Wonderful breakfast with music.

We booked our last night in Lisbon at Palacio das Especiarias and what a special stay it was. We were greeted by extremely helpful staff at the door dressed in period attire. After an evening walking about in the pouring rain, we were able to relax and dry out by the fireplace in the sitting room. There is such attention to detail in all the rooms. Our room was attached to a small courtyard which was so charming! We had a delicious breakfast which was served over 3 different dining areas. Tea, fruit and pastries were always availabe to snack on. It was honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed in, in all my travels.
