Location: The hotel is positioned at a relatively higher geographical area. If you get one of the rooms that faces the village, you can have an amazing view of the buildings. Service: The concierge was immensely helpful and friendly. They provided me with awesomely reliable recommendations for places to visit, things to do or restaurants to eat at. They also helped me book event tickets and find cars to get to scenic spots. Additionally, I had a few great talks with them. They hold a simple and honest attitude for life, just like the other villagers I talked to here. On top of everything, they give free sweet snacks! Amenities: Great everything! Unlimited supplies of water! Cleanliness: I saw a stain or so on a pillow. But overall, apart from it, it was nice and neat. Highly recommended.

Good location just back from the busy part of town. Very helpful and friendly service. However, sound proofing is poor. Slept badly due to noises from different guests.

The hotel staff was friendly and we felt welcomed. The room was quite basic. We liked the loft area for our kids but wished we booked the Indigo instead although it’s further away from the entry point. We had to leave at 8am so only got a hard boiled egg for breakfast. It tries hard on the design front and I appreciate that.

Very nice and lean property in a good and quiet location. The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. The only small thing that I wished we had was the ability to enjoy a cold beer in the beautiful balcony overlooking the rice field, especially after a long hot day venturing.

Lovely place to stay in the village. Great staff, super helpful and friendly. Cute and clean room with everything you need. Really enjoyed our time there!

旺仔是民宿的貓，我走的時候它正往回跑，對我警惕的很。挨着護欄走，我蹲下身子想擼一下它，跑的更快了 靈機一動，叫了一聲旺仔。 好傢伙，一邊喵喵叫，一邊向我跑來，那粘乎勁，好像剛剛對我產生警惕的是它的同胞兄弟。 圍着我的褲腳邊轉來轉去，我蹲下來摸摸它的腦袋，嗯……果然奶牛貓的特質就是發神經。 我可以黏乎你，但是你不要抱我 對啦，老闆家的狸花又要生了，你們下次去的人估計能擼到新鮮熱乎的小貓了吧。

第一次住民宿，老闆及服務人員的態度都非常友好，地理位置就離車站很近，環境很好，晚上也不會吵，可能是民宿，衞生條件有待加強，建議自己帶毛巾。攜程上提到的親子房看有小童牙具和歡迎禮到了卻沒有，老闆很禮貌的表示平台的錯誤並致歉，也是可以接受。早餐很用心現煮，很暖心。沒住過其他店，也不知道怎麼樣。老闆和工作人員的暖心最得人心。

第一次到侗寨，跟着管家的指引，自在民宿在高鐵到侗寨專車班車的終點站，步行幾分鐘就到，再步行幾分鐘就到主街！ 地理位置很方便，住得很舒服，比較安靜 ，我們都睡到自然醒，都錯過了管家準備的早餐😄！ 因為臨時決定升級房間，喜歡陽台，望出去的風景很舒服！

客棧位置就在高鐵班車下車點步行幾分鐘，景觀房位置很棒，可以看到寨門，服務好，提供各種攻略，店裡還有一窩可愛的貓貓，下樓走幾步就到主街了，很方便
