my stay at this hotel exceeded all my expectations. The outstanding service, luxurious accommodation, convenient location, and excellent facilities all contributed to an incredibly satisfying experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is in a beautiful location right next to a nice golf course. It is a little far to get to from the airport but once your there then you don’t want to leave. The food was pretty good in the hotel but didn’t like the little nickel and diming if charging little fees here and there to use pool stuff. It should have all be included in the hotel fee. The beach is nice with some fine sand.

The room was clean, good view. Unfortunately, the beach has signs of no swimming allowed...so I wasn't impressed by that. The location is absolutely not very convenient to do anything else besides being in the hotel. The choice of food was very limited especially Western food. Also, no halal food or coucher food for other people that can't eat pork...no signs for Halal food. This is the Westin hotel, the waiters have no idea and couldn't help. The only time someone spoke English to me was during the buffet dinner. I came down to have dinner the second night and ask for some English speaking person to help me ordering halal food...the waiter said the manager wasn't there or the chef. I was very hungry and had no choice but to order anything so I can eat...I was really disappointed. Honestly for the price of this hotel I can get a much better service in Yalong Bay or Sanya. I hope the management can try to improve their service and provide a variety of western food and especially Halal and coucher food. You can expect people to pay that much for this Westin hotel and not eat what they need. So disappointed

Good hotel facilities. No real personality about this hotel. Food is well below the standard of other Sanya hotels

It was an amazing hotel. The location was nice and secluded away from the busy main areas, but not too far that it was near nothing. I rented a car which was definitely the smart choice. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. Swimming pool was clean and big. It was said to not swim on the beach, but I did and it was lovely. There are no lifeguards so that’s on your own risk if you aren’t a good swimmer. Room was huge and equipped with many things you need. Amazing view of the beach and ocean. I will choose this hotel again!

Bedroom is incredible, the view is unmatchable. The design and finishing of the hotel is brilliant. Service at restaurant was slow and prices were high but food was good. The beach is lovely and clean, pool is great but too warm on a hot day. Highly recommended

Nice hotel, great facilities. The beach is really cool, can swim and surf there. The hotel itself offers a good setup, nice pool, nice room, great view from the balcony, and a good gym. Service just a little slow at times.

I was a bit sceptical about the hotel after I read some of the negative reviews online, but like any hotel it’s really just about your personal preference and taste that decides what you write here, so the following is just my personal opinion. First of all the hotel is far, but that is exactly what we were looking for because we knew this would mean that it would be quiet and a great place to relax. The hotel is as beautiful as it appears on the photos, it’s spacious and very modern. The hotel is clean and the staff is very eager and friendly to help you. We want to thank everyone that helped us and assisted us during our stay, we’re also thankful for the early check in and late check out. But unfortunately I can’t give it a 5/5 because of the following. On our second day we called the receptionist and ask her about the afternoon tea special we saw around the hotel that was advertised, then they told us we can go to the breakfast area in the afternoon and go for a free afternoon tea time with drinks and snack (which was obviously great and delicious), but it’s just sad that no one told us about this when we checked in and if we weren’t curious about the afternoon tea they advertised we probably would have never knew about this free afternoon tea. The same with the mini bar in the room, on our last evening I wanted to have one of the drinks in the mini bar, but couldn’t find any prices in the room, so we called the receptionist and they told us that the first use of the mini bar os for free, yet another thing that was free but the neglected to tell us about that. So overall, yes the hotel is beautiful and modern, spacious and perfect for a relaxing holiday. But I personally feel that they can do a better job at telling the guests about the stuff that’s included in their room rates. And because of that I only give them 3/5.
