Cẩn thận nếu đi du lịch thời Covid. Tôi đã yêu cầu họ giúp tôi làm xét nghiệm Covid để quay lại Trung Quốc và họ rất vô ích. Tôi đã nói với họ trước khi ăn sáng và họ nói rằng họ sẽ giúp đỡ và khi tôi quay trở lại thì dường như tôi chưa bao giờ nói bất cứ điều gì. Tôi được hướng dẫn nói chuyện với một anh chàng khác và anh ta cũng hỏi những câu hỏi tương tự và nói rằng anh ta sẽ làm các bước tương tự nhưng tôi đã rời khách sạn rồi. Tôi tin tưởng họ và thời gian sẽ rất nhạy cảm do có một chuyến đi khác. Trên đường về Phnom Penh, khách sạn gọi điện nói sẽ có người gọi giúp tôi làm bài kiểm tra. Tôi nghĩ họ sẽ đến từ Pasteur. Họ không. Họ là một “dịch vụ” sẽ tính phí lên tới 250 đô la cho “dịch vụ” của họ. May mắn thay, tôi đã sống ở Campuchia trước đây nên tôi đã mệt mỏi. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From offering helpful local tips to accommodating any special requests, they made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. We also took advantage of the hotel’s spa services, which were absolutely wonderful. Very clean and cute hotel , will back again

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently, and my experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I would like to especially thank Chenda from the customer service team for her kindness and professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, always ready to assist with a smile. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made a difference in my experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I’m grateful for the amazing service provided, particularly by Chenda. I will definitely return for another stay!

Nice hotel. Clean lobby and rooms. Breakfast buffet was nice and reasonable price. Staff was very accommodating. Will stay here again.

The booking with Trip.com came like a breeze. It's customer support is also very responsive, and has arranged for my quick check-in upon arrival at Sun & Moon. I was quite disappointed with the Hotel as I was not granted a very late check-out, since my flight is still by midnight, the same time of my arrival 3 days before. But, it was a pleasurable stay overall, as I enjoyed the Well Spa after check-out, to while away sometime before leaving for the airport.

I really enjoyed my staying! The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel had great facilities, including a wonderful spa and delicious restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable.

My stay was great! Helpful staffs with smile, and my room was clean. The gym has plenty of equipments and a nice space to exercise. I do recommend this hotel!
