I booked a suite for me and my girlfriend. New built room with good design however it was not a suite, a family apartment with a bedroom with two single beds and a neighbor room with a couch to use as a another bed for two people. Air condition living its own life. First night water dripping from the roof, fixed within the next 12 hours though Bottom line was that after checking in we couldn’t find the room because the doors required a mechanical key and we were only given a electronic card. I went down to the reception to get a better explanation, arrogant lady in the desk said “you need this” and brought forward the actual key. Imagine be given the actual key during checkin….

Eravamo in una camera normale ma con ben due terrazzi con vista lago,molto bene..l'albergo è molto vicino al centro di Limone,pochi minuti a piedi ma il tragitto è impegnativo,salite e discese..La colazione è varia e di buona qualità. Il personale è tutto molto gentile.Nel complesso un hotel da consigliare.

Accoglienza alla recepètion pessima molto sbrigativa,mi da la camera con una bellissima vista sul lago come accordi pagando la vista lago,arrivo in camera non ce' la chiave della cassaforte vado in reception mi dice che gli dispiace ma non la trova,chiedo che in camera fa rumore il riscaldamento mi dice premi un bottone....ma il temostato e' rotto porca miseria,mi manda uno che mi stacca il riscaldamento.notte al freddo,giorno dopo vado in reception spiego e dico che un 4 stelle non funziona cosi' e mi viene detto che gli dispiace pero' io sono andato via un giorno prima perche' non mi piaceva la stanza e mi hanno fatto pagare come se non fosse sucesso nulla dicendo solo mi dispiace .....almeno dimmi ti cambio la camera...devono vergognarsi anche perche' il prezzo non era da 2 stelle gli basta incassare..la mia opininione PESSIMO HOTEL da non tornare mai piu'e sconsigliando a tutti tanto penso che non gli interessi molto perche' loro lavorano con i tedeschi.

Camera bella e grande ma, non andava il riscaldamento (funzionava solo in bagno) . Letto durissimo. Non sono rimasta soddisfatta della cena a buffet e a self service ..per essere un 4 stelle, mi aspettavo qualcosa di più..

Ottimo trattamento e posizione, personale sempre pronto. Pulizia delle camere oltre il normale, ed graditissimo il set di benvenuto. Colazione e cena abbondanti e sempre a disposizione con ampia scelta delle varie portate.

L’hotel si presenta con uno stile abbastanza datato ma ben curato e tenuto. La piscina molto bella, peccato che non l’abbiamo sfruttata. Bici elettriche a noleggio al costo di 20€ non male. Personale della reception non molto attento. È vicino al centro ma ci sono 10 minuti da fare tra strade, salite e discese, sconsigliati i tacchi. Colazione abbastanza assortita e cibo buono.
