This is my third visit use to be very good value. Now the place is falling apart the handle came off we we were locked in our room the girl on the desk had he partner there all the time so you felt rude having to interrupt them to get something as a regular visitor to the area I like to stop where I know the facilities so will be going elsewhere in the future place is also very dirty very poor parking and if you wish to park in hotel more money of course rip off only saving grace is the wonderful river but won't be going to this hotel again.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean, the staff helpful and the property has a good parking. Close to the city center .

Three of us stayed in a large studio big enough for 4. It was well equipped and comfortable and despite having no air conditioning, a fan was provided and shutters kept the room cool. We only had one night as part of a long journey but the kitchen area is definitely good enough for a self catering break. Given the weather, a balcony would have been nice but there are lots of benches to sit on by the river. Parking has secure access so definitely worth paying for as there as little parking on the street outside. Continental breakfast was fine with a nice little outdoor terrace. You can walk along a lovely river path into Limoges in about 25 minutes. It's a nice town, but try to avoid Mondays! It was our only day there and most shops and restaurants were closed!

Nice place to stay during our trip to the south of France. Good breakfast to start the day. For parking (fenced space) you need a key, that you have to get at reception (10 Euro). Nice room with everything you need, even a small kitchen with microwave and a tiny dishwasher. Good beds, and a dark room during the night with the blinds. On our 1 night stay, housekeeping didn't do such a good job cleaning the room (floor, doors).

Très bon séjour, chambre de très bonne qualité très bien isolée. Literie au top. Niveau éclairage il manque un éclairage doux au niveau des lits, et de tables de nuit. Petit bémol : le soir, la porte principale de l'établissement reste ouverte alors que l'on nous donne un code pour l'ouvrir (manque de sécurité) Petit déj très sympa, bons produits, personnel très agréable. Etablissement situé en bord de Vienne, donc ballades sympas, à proximité du centre ville, mais calé entre 2 avenue/boulevard. Bon accueil, parking possible mais payant, 8 euros. Un peu cher. Stationnement possible aux abord mais non garanti. 2 grand ascenseurs permettent d'accéder aux appartements. De grands couloirs sectionnés par des portes coupe-feu (un peu lourdes) desservent les appartements, certains sont situés côté cour (ou Vienne) à privilégier), les chambres côté rues sont bruyantes. Réveil routier environ 05h du matin. Dommage. Appartement fonctionnel, avec son coin cuisine, sa sdb (baignoire avec paroi), espace bureau et tv (la télécommande est réparée avec du scotch usagé, donc collant lors de la prise en main, pas agréable). Literie confortable. Eclairage un peu fort côté lit. L'isonorisation inter-appartement semble de bonne qualité. Petit déjeuner servi à partir de 07h pile, sous forme d'un simple buffet (sucré/salé), sans prétention, mais avec de bonnes viennoiseries, lot de confitures, pain, yaourt, fromage etc, de quoi bien démarrer la journée.
