It’s a very nice spot and the restaurant is good. Staff are excellent. It’s hard to be in a compound though. It would be nice if there had been a pool.

Nice, comfortable, very friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner were quite good. Overall a pretty good value. The neighborhood is a bit remote, but it worked for me because it was walking distance from the NGO office where I was working. Sometimes other guests were loud, but otherwise no complaints.

Set in a quiet neighborhood, the service was great and the facilities modern. It is a great place to return to after a day of work. Unlike large hotels It's cosy. And it had uniturrupted power while not exposing us to very loud generator noise.

Beautiful clean accommodation. Very classy with a wonderful and friendly staff. The breakfast is delicious and the dinner menu offers so much to choose from. Would highly recommend this place to stay.

Great food, smart place and very friendly staff we felt right at home and a beautiful environment with a good restaurant and peaceful ambience quiet and secure. Love love love. I would highly recommend!!!

Excellent, clean with good food The staff are courteus, reasonable and understanding. The hotel is a nice place to stay during your visit to Malawi. Generally in a very safe and quiet environment where you can relax and enjoy your holidays. When there, try the four seasons

Bamboo Boutique Hotel probably has the best food I’ve had in Lilongwe! The service was out of this world and the ambiance was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place, perfect for lunch with a friend or a partner.

My friends and I stayed at Bamboo Boutique Hotel twice during our recent trip to Malawi (just before our flights as we were flying back from Lilongwe). We were awed by the sumptuous, luxurious decor in the rooms, the helpful staff (in particular, Julius, Emmanuel, Ivy, Nason, and John), and the brilliant breakfast at the hotel’s on-site restaurant! The rooms have plush, dark interiors with comfortable four-poster beds and mosquito nets, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, an armchair (some have ottomans) and wardrobes for clothes etc. There is also air conditioning for the hotter seasons, but we did not need that in July! The bathrooms are clean and well maintained, and there is good water pressure in the showers. The interior design is very well thought out and the hotel features some beautiful artwork and sculptures. If you are looking for a place to host a conference, or to visit Lilongwe with your family and friends, there could not be a better place to choose. The area is very safe and for peace of mind, the property is also gated with more than enough parking.
