It was my BEST stay in China so far. Staffs are attentive and detail-oriented. Even though they can’t speak English very well, they tried their best to explain everything to me, from breakfast time, afternoon tea, hair-washing service, the golden hour to view the mountain. The staff even told that bathing at night will cause the fog on the window and you won’t get the best view in the morning. The hotel and every rooms has the best view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, just depends on the weather whether you will have a chance to get the best view. The afternoon tea is very delicious. The coffee served during afternoon tea are very tasty as well. It’s the best coffee I had on this Yunnan trip do far. The breakfast is served in the set. There are Western-styled set, noodle set and one more option that I couldn’t remember. The staff will take your order upon arrival and you can choose whether you want breakfast in room or at the cafe.
After check out, I moved to stay at other hotel nearby. When I staff knew about that, he offered to take me to the new place and also help carrying the luggage!!
I really did have the best time staying at this hotel and also impressed the service from all the staff. If I have a chance to visit Lijiang again, this hotel definitely is on my list!!

I had an amazing experience during staying here, excellent service and very friendly staff. We also got an upgrade to a bigger room with a very stunning view and provided a great breakfast and afternoon tea. We received free hair wash voucher as well. Super highly recommend. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed💓😊.. will definitely come back to stay here again next time.

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay here 😍. From check in until check out, they made sure that we are well taken care of 💖. They provided free drop off at Lijiang Railway Station. The breakfast was so good. There's also free afternoon tea and photo spot area, the staff will gladly help take your photos 🥹

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the view. You get a full, breathtaking view of the snow-capped mountains right from your room. Everything else is great too—spacious rooms, well-maintained amenities, and the hotel is right next to a huge reservoir, which makes the atmosphere even better, especially in the morning and evening.
Besides the amazing vibe, the service is also super impressive. The staff are really friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything.
If you’re coming to Lijiang to relax, this place is perfect for you. As for me, I’m pretty sure I’ll be coming back here again in the future!

Very welcoming staff. Always there for their customers and also help us to order take away food.
Beautiful place and view. They are very detailed in explaining the room and their AI features.
Can't beat the stunning view of the jade snow mountain in the morning with the sunrise can be seen from our bed.
Spacious place and good for kids as well.
Breakfast choice was great. American breakfast, noodles or porridge.
It comes with a free hair wash for one. The second know will cost you 48yuan.
Afternoon tea was great as well.
They do shutter service from lijiang airport or railway. .
In general. Its definitely worth the price and will definitely come back to stay if I ever visit lijiang again.

Amazing stay. Room is perfect, clean and nicely done up. View from the room as well as the cafe is to die for. But what exceeded expectations was the service. They accommodated me when I had last minute changes to my plans, helped me arrange transport to the airport, and were always ready to assist in any way. They provide important info like what time to catch the 日照金山, attractions around, etc. The hotel provides free laundry service, tea and breakfast which were generous in portions. They even offered to refill some snacks! We were able to order-in food by meituan and it gets delivered to the room, wonderfully convenient! All in all a spectacular experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again next time.

Home Away from Home
I felt so comfortable and cared for during my stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was ideal, and the views were breathtaking. Definitely a five-star experience! Specially thank you to 小侯 小虎 小許 小熊 for taking care of us, definitely will be back again.

One of my best stays in LiJiang. We were greeted by the Jade Snow Mountain the moment we stepped into our room. The best part is you can even view the mountain in the mirror while brushing teeth. Staffs were more than friendly and helpful. Even after we have checked out, while waiting for the taxi, they served us with fruits and free coffees. We really appreciate their great service.
