Location is alright, five minutes walk to the center of Quartier Louis. The free airport shuttle is a great benefit.
The aircon remote control had a broken screen so configuring settings were next to impossible. The rain shower was broken and the hand shower in bad state.
At one point there was no water in my bathroom, I tried calling the reception 4 times without any answer so I had to get dressed and go there in person.
There’s a nightclub on the facilities which pounds music all over the place on weekends.

Séjour bien passé le service a l'accueil personne très aimable bien reçu a l'arrivée jusqu'à mon départ le service restauration accueil très aimable aussi le personnel cuisine j'ai très bien mangé ( séjour bien passé) je remercie le personnel pour leurs gentillesse 👍

La chambre était confortable et calme, mais manque cruellement de prises : impossible de brancher la bouilloire fournie et pas de quoi charger un téléphone (nous étions en couple !) et brancher un ordinateur portable. En ce qui concerne le restaurant pour les petits-déjeuners, c'est très décevant : pas de confiture, ni pâte à tartiner, ni charcuterie, ni fromage, seulement du beurre pour mettre sur le pain. Le café est en poudre en dosettes, sinon thé ou chocolat en poudre. Pas de serviettes de table même en papier, seulement du papier essuie-tout ! Bref le petit-déjeuner n'est pas digne d'un hôtel qui s'affiche deux étoiles ! Je ne peux pas honnêtement, ni raisonnablement recommandé cet hôtel. Par contre je recommande son équivalent Hôtel Hibiscus Louis, qui est bien plus adapté et au restaurant mieux fourni.
