Good location with easy access to the impressive concert hall, Museum of Art & History, the football stadium, state fair, Poliforum, Altacia shopping mall, and the Mulza shoe outlets. The hotel is simple, clean, and comfortable, featuring a friendly, attentive staff as well as good breakfast.

Rooms very crowded, they need an upgrade on the towels. The A/C didn't cool the room, the last day we didn't sleep because it got up to 80°F even thought we complained and the staff was very nice and helpful. They changed us of room, but still it felt cool 10 mins in, then it did not cool at all. Breakfast was ok all 3 days we got same thing, chilaquiles, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice, cereal and beans. Overall convenient because of location, stores around. I wouldn't recommend for a lond stay and with children. Staff very nice and helpful.

rooms are very small, i di not get a coffee maker
shower very uncomfortable.
walls are thins as paper, you can hear everything.
buffet service was poor, always had to ask for more fruit.

There're no soap, shampoo, only one pillow, very noisy hotel, not safe box. Not correlated price vs. facilities & services

Hello I loved the fact that there was a shopping center next to the hotel. Very convenient especially if you travel solo.

Great value for your money. There are a lot of things nearby. The pillows are pretty thin. The Breakfast could definitely use some revamping but its free so should we really complain lol

Terrible ! Couldn’t sleep you can hear the person in the room above and beside you snoring , talking, walls
Are very thin. Room is small, no English channels.
Is nice that you can use laundry one per stay for free just buy your own soap a block away in the Soriana supermarket, also lots of options for eating inside the mall beside for a very decent price.
Just pay little extra and go to fiesta inn or the Hottson wich is beside this one if you really have to stay in this area .
I didn’t choose this hotel , ******* relocated me here because I book another hotel wich is no longer a hotel anymore since pandemic in 2020.
Weird I know , they haven’t removed the place from the app!!
