Nice rooms nice reception good food

The rooms were cosy, clean, and looked new. The cleaners were great too. Each time they cleaned, they left the room like it was before check in. The receptionists were warm and welcoming. Free coffee too.

Hotel a las afueras de Leiria , tranquilo y bien comunicado. Inaugurado hace un año. Todo nuevo.

We stayed there during the Portugal blackout and although we firmly believe it’s no one’s fault, B&B Fatima staff did not handle it well. We were told there was no way we could check in until the power came back on and eventually another girl came to take all our details manually and repeatedly saying “we trust you have a reservation”. We were given a room that did not have the “clean and sealed” sticker (all others around us had it) which led us to believe it was not ready to be used. At any point water, or anything else was offered to us. There was no toilet flush, power or shower water. We come to find out later in the day that B&B Fatima was the only hotel in the area with no generators. All other hotels were gathering guests in common areas offering water and snacks to make up for the HUGE inconvenience. We contacted the claims and complaints department and still haven’t heard anything (10 days now). Stayed there again as we already had booked a separate night (non refundable) and service was bland and poor but 2 starts for the clean on our second visit.

Hotel em lugar tranquilo, fora do centro da cidade. Quartos simples, minimalistas, modernos e confortáveis. Bom pequeno almoço. Máquina de café disponível 24 horas no lobby o que é bastante conveniente. Estacionamento gratuito. Pessoal simpático.

Bem, podendo melhorar. A falta de copos na casa de banho obriga os clientes a lavarem os dentes com água colocada na palma da mão. Ridículo. Para tomar um comprimido igual. Fácil alterar. Deixámos alerta na Recepção à saída. Informaram que serão ordens superiores. Ok.

Nuevo hotel en Leiria (abierto hace pocas semanas). Buena conexión a internet, parking gratuito, acceso y salida a la autopista muy fácil. Perfecto para viajes de negocios. Calidad precio inmejorable. Parking exterior cubierto y gratuito. Personal muy atento y educado. Tienen la opción de Chromecast para streaming. Repetiré sin duda.

Instalações recentes, quarto relativamente pequeno mas asseado e com todo o equipamento fundamental (i.e. ar condicionado silencioso e TV de grande dimensão). Cama de casal grande. Pequeno almoço variado (de salientar o sumo de laranja natural). Boa experiência.

Hotel inmejorable en todo, limpieza, servicios, amabilidad del personal… recomendado 100%. Desayuno inmejorable con zumo natural y variedad de opciones. Algo alejado del centro pero a 10 minutos de todo. Parking en el propio hotel co acceso directo a las habitaciones.
