The response I received from the management of this facility this last visit was so unfriendly and to say the least very disappointing. Haven used this place twice in the past, it was obviously our preferred location visiting Leicester. I had sent out chats complaining that some of the heaters weren't working and that the TV set in the living room was not coming up. No response until I left. Sad!!!

Loved the place, host was great and the apartment was cosy and the family loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely be booking again, so close to all the shops and a stone throw away from town and all within walking distance, kid friendly.

The place was not as per the picture in the website. It was smelly, torn beddings, brown toilet seat, no proper reception. Jay was very unkind and we lost our money, no refund was given back despite the low standards. Very disappointed with the place and service. Not recommended for families.

Amazing. Great location and value for money and Ash the manager is absolutely brilliant. Couldn't be more helpful! Nothing was a challenge everything was a solution - definitely reccomend and will be staying again!

Great apartment it was very clean everything you need is available, Location is perfect and parking was close by too loved the jacuzzi bath too added bonus there. Xxxx will definitely use these apartments again Easy smooth check in great host and interaction from beginning to end

We stayed in apartment 8. The apartment is in need of a refurb, reasonably well equipped, but the furniture is all pretty much IKEA basics and somewhat old at that. Only one key offered, which for a busy couple is a touch frustrating. Parking is not free and cheap parking is difficult to find, in fact we ended up having to use the NCP which was £24 per day, so add that to you budget if driving. Good location for the city centre though, but obviously the parking price reflects that.

It was good. clean and good location. The noise of drunk people at nights and the lack of CCTV camera and lack of counter could be the downside which decreases the safety feeling of residents. in total the owner was a nice guy.

I and my family enjoyed our stay at Ur stay apartment Leicester … the apartment is very functional with adequate facilities… it’s quiet, clean and very accessible to the city center.. The manager was already ready to help with any questions or requests
