Such a great experience! The volunteers were more than friendly and make me feel like home. I really enjoyed, I would have loved to stay longer!! Everything was super clean and the beds, quite comfortable:) I would totally recommend it to my friends and if I ever come back to Leeds, I know that would be the place to stay. The location is amazing if you arrive by bus!!

Close to city Center. Price is reasonable and unbeatable with breakfast provide (cereal, fruit, drink etc). Provide shampoo and shower gel in bathroom, room is aesthetic

Art Hostel was a great value and quality hostel option for me on a flying visit to Leeds to catch a match. The prorty has character and style and the staff were welcoming and efficient. Would stay again if I am back in Leeds in the future for certain.

Superb place. In summary - go there! what can I say? A lot. Greal location near city centre. Funky place with plenty of quirky art throughout. lovely friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Great price - absolute bargain. No food - but food for the soul.

I only stopped here for a night, but was very satisfied with the standard of Art Hostel. The paintings on all the walls of course are gorgeous, giving the building a nice charm and unique feel to it. The facilities had everything you'd need, even some complimentary shower gels and shampoos. The free breakfast was good as well, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't spend much time at the hostel but it was a good base to have for the less than 24 hours I was there. My one note is the street noise and location. Not in the greatest spot as it's next to a main road and the area itself is a bit dodgy (didn't feel safe walking around there at night), so keep that in mind if you consider booking. Otherwise, no notes!

Booked the cheapest stay I could find for one night in Leeds (dorm of 6 at art hostel) and arrived slightly anxious of what I gotten myself into. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Ryan the staff member in reception went out of his way to account for my late train and stayed up an extra hour to let me in. Plus he was very friendly and informative when he did so. The hostel had a very friendly feel to it and what struck me was how CLEAN it was. The room I was in ‘The Outside Inn’ room 4 was awesome. Much more spacious than it had appeared on the photo and the bed was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and included breakfast was great and every customer was going their bit to keep things clean. Would 100% recommend and will stay again. Thanks!!

This place is fantastic the price, great solid wood bunk beds,really comthy, power supply each bed and light. Staff really friendly and helpful. A great night's sleep, the rooms and facilities are really great If you want a great place to crash after a gig. This is the place. Definitely booking next time I am in Leeds.

It was an eccentric place to stay but very pleasant and comfortable. Having communal areas like kitchen and sitting rooms was a great way to meet and socialize with the other guests. Each room was decorated and designed by different artists and all areas were very clean and tidy

Our room £140 was not really habitable as terrible damp and flaking paint from the walls, also shower tray split so should not be used so we booked somewhere else and left ( not to mention motorway road noise). Staff were great and the project is admirable, I think the other rooms are probably ok but not really a family location.
