Wouldn’t recommend till they got their bugs in the bed taken care of

I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against this facility. Your website indicated that payment was not needed at time of booking and that payment was due to be taken at check-in time. However the confirmation screen indicated the request could not be cancelled or refunded at this hotel. The money was actually charged against my credit card BEFORE the day I was due to check in. This is an UNETHICAL business practice. I am wondering if the Better Business Bureau complaint should have been directed to TRIP.COM. I cancelled the reservation and had to go through the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. Because of this frustration, I will never book a reservation at this hotel AND I will NEVER, NEVER, EVER use Trip.com. You are both UNETHICAL liars! As far as I am concerned, you can take your trip coins and shove them up your assholes!

Such a disappointing experience. Floors are covered with debris like it hasn’t been vacuumed in ages. Meeting room for business was subpar and didn’t seem very clean with old beat up tables. Big chunks of tile loose in the bathroom, walls are dirty. Definitely would not recommend.

This was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. We only stayed one night since we were in town for a graduation. We arrived there about 2:30 to 3:00 in the afternoon dropped off our luggage, and went to the graduation and did not return until about 11:00 in the evening. We were so tired we just crashed. We got up the next morning and started to get ready to check out and I noticed that the bathroom was filthy. We did not even use it for a shower or anything just packed up and left. I did take a few pictures of how dirty it was. It is really to bad. There are not many hotels in the Lee's Summit MO area.

Clean. Quiet. Beds were good. We checked in very late (1 am) and other guests were hoarding the luggage carts in their room.s. So we had to carry everything to the 3rd floor. We used a rolling chair from the lobby which was better than nothing. The kind desk manager came out to the car and helped us carry things in. How thoughtful! We were very grateful for her help! I would suggest that the hotel have more than 2 carts.

The room is so dusty I’ve been having my allergies act up but as soon as leaving I’m fine. The chair has gross stains, in the morning there was no hot water so no shower. They fixed it but it will be hours for the water heater to recover. Boogers on the bathroom door. Filthy carpet in the halls where you can see stains running here and there. Stayed here a few times. Slow decline over a few years. This is my last stay ever!! We are in KC a lot and I’ve yet to find a good hotel for my go to.

Get the room facing car park so that you can keep an eye on it. The hotel is so badly maintained, it is going to attract vandals as it looks inviting to guys who steal copper from house wirings. Staffs rude.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. This hotel reinforces why we never want to stay at a Comfort Inn again. Lobby - was acceptable. Nothing special. Checkin - Acceptable and nothing special Breakfast - worse than normal. Items were not stocked in a timely manner. Milk was sour. Very few cereal choices. Just not enough choices of anything. Room - This is where it is really bad: While staying on the ground floor has its advantages, I now know why staying on the top floor is better. The people in the room above us could hardly have been more loud. It sounded like kids were jumping off of furniture and running around and heavy footsteps in general. We found the passthrough door to the next room was cracked open. That is because the deadbolt lock was broken. The deadbolt did not move when the knob was turned. There was a clasp type lock, but the door would be open about three inches before that would catch, thus giving the next door neighbor full visibility into our room at any time. We were tired and didn't want to change rooms, so I moved the refrigerator to block the door and carefully set the ironing board against it so it would fall if the door were to open. The door into the room required extra attention to shut. It was not properly aligned, so it did not shut on its own. We had to pull hard on the door handle for the door to latch. When the door did close and latch, the clasp lock required a little force to close, which also lifted the door. The AC never got the room cold. I had it set to 60 degrees and constant fan, but the temp was probably never less than 75 in the room. We like to sleep in a cold room at night, so we did not sleep well in the warm room. Building security - the north hallway door to the parking lot was never locked, regardless of day or night.
