A modern hotel with nice decor and large rooms. Stay spoilt by the lack of advertised laundromat on site - a principal reason for choice (only send out laundry service) and spa bathrooms not having a separate shower. A little isolated on ring road although great restaurant nearby if you like large meals! Beware of challenges parking in Lecce historic centre which is not easily accessible unless driving from this property.

Modern and friendly but far from downtown Lecce. The staff is friendly, but poorly trained, and therefore frustrating when issues arise. There is no fitness center. The Wi-Fi though free is mostly useless. It is reminiscent of dial up speeds, when available at all. Theoretically, there is laundry service, but there is no estimate of how long it will take for you to receive your laundry back. Use at your own risk and be prepared to part with your clothes. Water temperature in the shower varies unpredictably.

Stayed here as part of a Road Scholars tour of Puglia. Our room was extremely spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty. There's no restaurant on the premises, but we had a sandwich and salad from the snack bar, which was a fine supper after a big Italian lunch. Another night, we had a delicious dinner at the La Bella 'mbriana | Ristorante Pizzeria, very close by. The hotel grounds are spacious, but no swimming pool or other amenities. Only drawback is that it's a short drive to the heart of beautiful, historic Lecce.

Sono più anni che ritorno in questo hotel, lo scelgo quando sono di passaggio x lavoro e quando organizzano ottimi pacchetti x le festività. Che dire e sempre una dolcissima conferma, x l'accoglienza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale, la camera luminosa, ampia, con ogni confort che si desidera un letto comodissimo e un igiene impeccabile, al mattino una ricca colazione dolce e salato anche x i più esigente . Noi abbiamo scelto di trascorrere il giorno di san Valentino, cenando alla masseria bellabriana , ottima cena. Come sempre siamo stati più che soddisfatti! ......a presto!

Un hotel che garantisce standard qualitativi di livello. Posizionato fuori dalla città, ha una partnership con un ristorante nelle vicinanze che ha superato le aspettative. Colazione buona, tranquillità in camera, pulizia molto buona.

Gran bel hotel nel quale ho sostato per il mio soggiorno a Lecce, albergo fuori dal centro ma ben situato a pochissimi km. Spazi ampi e camere veramente ben disposte. Albergo molto pulito e predisposto di tutti i comfort necessari. Adatto anche a conferenze ed incontri numerosi. Colazione special, offerto di tutto di più. Direi benissimo e pulitissimo. Grazie

L’esperienza è stata ottima. Ho usifruito di una suite executive e devo ammettere che era davvero curata in ogni particolare. La colazione di ottimo livello con pietanze sempre fresche. Ho avuto modo di provare il bar della struttura per un lunch ed anche in questo caso mi sono trovato molto bene. L’unica dimenticanza, motivo per il quale non ho dato il Massimo del punteggio, è che si sono dimenticati di legare il mio check out (e quindi il pagamento) alla mia tessera di socio Best Westen. Questo mi ha costretto a perdere del tempo, nei giorni successivi, per regolarizzare la gestione punti con il servizio clienti di Best Western. L’hotel lo consiglio assolutamente!

Grand hotel faisant partie d’une chaîne mais sans caractère et sans chaleur. Personnel avec attention minimaliste et peu de sourire. Grande chambre propre mais aseptisées. Quand il y a du monde dans l hôtel ce doit être un peu l’usine … Parkings gratuit mais restaurant plus loin rattaché à l hôtel sans intérêt. Une possibilité d’étape mais sans saveur, et sans grand intérêt au regard de ce que cette belle région offre !

Ottimo hotel!! Camera spaziosa, super pulita e accogliente. Personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Posizione strategica per visitare Lecce. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornarci se passate in quella zona.
