Excellent quiet location. Restaurant staff were attentive and very friendly. However, the front desk needs to learn how to be more friendly and understanding. We arrived exhausted, and just wanted one extra pillow, which we were denied.

The hotel is excellent with friendly staff, a high level of cleanliness, good food and good facilities. It is set up principally as a business hotel, and is a little way out of town, 5 miles, but can be reached by bus, within 30 mins or so. The advantage to the location is that you can reach some sheltered beaches, with a 20 minutes walk

The hotel was nice, and the staff great. The rooms are really clean. The breakfast is really good, plenty of stuff to eat !

Nothing to say but "everything" is really good. No problem at all, check in, check out, rooms, cleanliness, people, breakfast, parking, food. Everything perfect.

Staff is very friendly. Good breakfast Located close to the airport, beach and Porto city centre. The price is fair and the service reflects it. The pool is always clean, chairs clean. The little ones can have their space to play with water.

Very comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. Highlight was the restaurant. Breakfast great selection but evening meal was unbeatable. Excellent value, 18€ for delicious and varied buffet with daily choice of meat or fish for main meal. Standard was very high, everything cooked beautifully. Clean, fresh, could not fault. Staff in Restaurant also friendly and helpful.

This was an emergency booking having just been medically disembarked from our cruise ship due to illness. From leaving the hospital, where the administrator booked us in to this hotel in the early hours. The staff here were absolutely top class nothing was ever too much for them, deeply appreciated for their help. The rooms was comfortable and spotlessly cleaned daily. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel 10 minutes drive from the airport. 20 minutes walk to the beach. Supermarket close by and cafes/restaurants start after 5/10 minute walk. Bed was comfy. Air con very good. WiFi ok. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. All staff very friendly and helpful. The pool and sun lounge area was fantastic. 25 minute walk to the tram to the city center. All in all a great hotel if you're happy not being in the city center.

The hotel is there to serve the Expo and surrounding businesses. In fact I had to attend to an event at the Exponor. Rooms always kept very clean, staff very friendly even if not all speak English, they try their best to help. Food menu was a bit limited, but of good quality. You will find a supermarket, shopping mall & pharmacy very close. It is 10-15min drive to Porto centre..

The hotel is there to serve the Exponor visitors and business community. In fact is is about 7-10min walk to the venue. Staff was very friendly and rooms always kept very clean. Food menu could do with more variety but quality was always good. You will find a Pharmacy, Supermarket and Shopping Mall all at walking distance.
