Quellenhof Luxury Resort Lazise

Outstanding experience 👏. Starting from the staff at the reception, going to the restaurant and ending with room services, you cannot ask for more. We were more than delighted by our 5 nights stay in april. Children enjoyed garda lake and the different pools that the hotel offered to them. The food was exquisite. The room very well decorated and more than spacious, we have opted for the family suite giving directly on the hotel "lake".I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel provides a lovely base in Garda. The best things about it are its cleanliness, its super fabulous sauna area and pools and its wonderful buffets at breakfast and dinner. The staff at reception and at the bar are amazingly professional and super courteous. They are wonderful. The host and manager of the hotel makes a special effort to come and say hello in the dining room which is most courteous and appreciated. Although our waiter forgot all our orders on the final night, it wasn’t representative of most of the staff in the restaurant area. I wasn’t overkeen on the beds - they were really not that comfortable for a hotel of this price bracket. Quite cheap mattresses that sunk in the middle. Although the rooms are functional I feel like more money could have been spent on them. They should be perhaps more luxurious with regard to the room rate. Some of the fittings are rather flimsy and i hope that they can stand the test of time with a high hotel footfall. Overall this hotel does the job and ticks the boxes of a good spa hotel however for the price charged (or maybe it was a Christmas price hike, and it isn’t normally this expensive) I would have expected a more luxurious standard of decor.

Overall a perfect experience. The staff are very friendly and always available to help if needed, wonderful food, enjoyable and relaxing spa and atmosphere, super swimming pools and super comfy bedrooms. Just a few minutes stroll to the town of Lazise, which is full of character. We will be back for more.

Top Hotel for families, friends and all generations. Great facilities in and around the hotel. The Spa is top, both for families as well as for Adults only. Great Golf courses in the surroundings. Rooms are spacious and have modern equipment. I would recommend the Gardina Suite with the view on the beautiful Garden with the natural lake for swimming. The quality of the food and selection of wine are equally on a top level. We will come back and continue to recommend the Hotel.

We stayed at the Quellenhof Lazise for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel is fabulous, the staff are super friendly and the food is amazing. All the facilities are in top class condition, we particularly enjoyed the spa area. The location is perfect, they have a shuttle service to Lazise which we used a couple of times to enable us to walk alongside lake Garda to Cisano. All in all, we had a lovely time and would absolutely recommend the Quellenhof Lazise.

This hotel made an ideal base for our group of extended family. All of our rooms were beautiful and spacious. The service was impeccable - from check in to check out and every moment in between. We enjoyed several excellent meals at the restaurant and everyone in our group raved about breakfast. We can't wait to return! Thanks for everything!

exceptional place with great staff, wonderful food and very nice pools and spa facilities! we gad a wonderful week with the kids and did several trips with hotel bikes. to be repeated! A big ‚thank you, to all the staff - including Manuela and the Sauna team!!

This is a beautifully designed hotel spa resort with one of the best appointed suites we have ever stayed in. The food is excellent and to get a 5 course fine dining dinner every evening included in the room rate is a great idea and super value. There is a high ratio of staff to guests and they where all so kind and helpful it made a memorable stay. The on demand private shuttle to lazise town takes 10 mins or less and is really convenient. When we needed to see a doctor during the visit the Reception staff arranged for a consultation in our room within a few hours and then collected a prescription for us. What exceptional service is that. We are so impressed with the hotel we are booking again for next year already.

I am just finishing a wonderful vacation at the Quellenhoff in Lazise of Lake Garda. I want to write a wonderful review even as I leave tomorrow because I want to acknowledge all the wonderful people that helped us. The resort is fabulous but mostly because the service is beyond that of any other resort I have been to. The staff was thoughtful and attentive and made us feel welcome. The reception and concierge was very helpful always attending quickly to any request. Luca was very nice at check in. We had a few wonderful gentlemen that drove us efficiently in a van back and forth to Lazise every day. Always very quick and super friendly. Thank you to them. The restaurant was amazing. Excellent food and excellent variety. We enjoyed every gourmet meal. And also much selection for people with special diets and children. The restaurant is a five star experience itself. At the restaurant we would like to thank many people. Paolo our main waiter was wonderful. We are so thankful he made every meal special. He Even had a surprise for my daughters birthday. We also thank Asia, so sweet and helpful. She was a pleasure. And Diana also took time with us to be friendly and make recommendations. At the bar we had a lovely aperativo every night. The bartenders Paolo and Leonardo took excellent care of us. I would also say housekeeping was very efficient and helped us too. The room was always impeccable. As for the resort we loved our room with access to the lake. The sports pool was perfect. I swam for exercise and fun and highly compliment the pool in its beauty and perfect ambiance and temperature. The resort has gorgeous landscaping and many chairs and places to relax. My mother loved her spa hair experience. Beautiful spa that I wish I had more time to enjoy. The proximity to Lazise is wonderful and from there can go to many beautiful cities in the lake. This modern beautiful resort is worth a long stay. We were so lucky to have a full week here. I have no complaints or suggestions to change they thought of everything! Even a cute package for my doggie!
