I read the reviews and thought it’s only for one night, it can’t be that bad. IT WAS WORSE! Once I finally found my room the first thing I noticed was the gap between the door and the floor where the carpet had shredded away. Inside the room it was probably 85 degrees so I turned on the ac and it blew warm air out of a vent without a cover that was covered with black mold. Still telling myself it’s only for one night try to turn the tv on and it doesn’t work. I open the window and just go to bed because I’m leaving first thing in the morning. Get up to take a shower in the bathroom where you can’t even close the door because it hits the toilet and my shower didn’t work. NEVER AGAIN. Worst experience EVER.

The lady at the front had a very bad attitude. The room was big yes and the beds were comfy. But the for to the bath room maid it impossible to use the toilet with it closed. The shower did not work well. Had to go in to wall to turn on the shower. My child found a cockroch. The motel it self was ran down and dirty. The ceiling had a very large leak in it by the front door. I will never stay at the location. I felt lied to by the way the advertised on the web site. Those pictures were nothing that was at that location. I picked. That location cause it was close to the church that we were going to for my aunts funeral. I also had my 77 year old mom with me. I had told the lady i bede help unloading my car with some of the stuff we need. She informed me that i was on my own even after i told her i had a fracture hip bone and could not lift. We reserved for 2 night s but only stayed one. I have not check my bank statement yet to make sure it was one charged one night. I do expect a refound. If u was charged more. Corpert needs to go and check up on this location it is a very large bad mark on this brand. Thank you member of 4 years.

Room was clean. Bathroom (pocket) door was broken, would not close at all. Only decaf coffee in the room, no sugar, cream, stir sticks. Remote for TV was not programmed to work the TV. Clock was very hard to set. I never did figure it out. The security lock (that you flip over) was missing screws and was loose. “Breakfast” consisted of coffee, bananas, orange juice and half & half. That’s it.

To begin with, we were given one room, and the TV would not connect to the satellite dish, so we asked for another room, and they did give us that. However, we have the same issue, no TV connectivity to the satellite dish. There was no shampoo in the shower. No cups for water or coffee. The hallways and steps in the facility looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a few weeks. We used to stay there quite often a couple years ago, before the change of ownership, and the facility was so much better back then. Was also disappointed in the fact that they no longer have the breakfast downstairs that they used to have, but only some small cinnamon rolls and muffins or something.

TV did not work properly, would mute itself for 15 minutes or so. I selected a room with a corner soaking tub and got a room with a shower only. Bathroom small, refrigerator freezer area not functioning did keep things cold only lamps for lighting, alarm clock didn’t work. Disappointed. Our friends stayed there also and their room was the room I selected and paid for also, but did not get.

TV didn't work and I needed highway conditions info for the next morning, which I used my phone to get. Hot water was lukewarm at best, so no shower potential during cold weather. The Staff was great with no issues checking in or out. The property itself is rather old and less maintained.

They clean everyday and very nice staff. Microwave broke And they quickly took care of the problem.

The carpets were so dirty they turned my socks black. The ceiling in the shower was peeling and falling off. The bathroom wasn't clean. Dirt on counter and in tub. Dirt on the floor. Sink would not drain. Mini fridge wasn't plugged in. Curtain rail was hanging out of the ceiling. No trash can. Trash behind the furniture. Broken crack pipe in the floor. Carpets not vacuumed. Blankets satined and with burn holes. Sheets stained. Food in the walls. I got the hotel so my family and I had a place to stay while our apar**ent was getting ready. I had to clean and disinfectant the entire room to my best ability just to make it safe for my child. I didn't have the ability to shampoo the carpets because they were disgusting. The Internet was slow. Breakfast was not served. Housekeeping never came to the room the entire week. So I'm glad I had my own towels and bedding. There were *********s in the hallway by a woman in a bathrobe wearing an ankle monitor. Someone drank themselves to death down the hall from our room. The heater was only on or off so it was either too hot or too cold with no options of in between. Fan in the bathroom didn't work. Two of the three lights in the bathroom flickered on and off randomly. One of the lamps couldn't be plugged in because it overloaded the outlet. This hotel needs to be closed and completely renovated because the issues are beyond just cleaning at this point. I will never stay at this hotel again.
