I impressed for Nice pool! Lazy river was very cool and fun. Main pool was good for children. We were have good vacation!
This resort is good for family trip. And this resort is very closer from premium outlet, so you can get great shopping time.
Near by this hotel so many yummy places. My recommended for breakfast restaurant is “black bear dinner”.
I will really recommend for this hotel. This hotel is economic and have good service and have comfortable room.
If you have family travel, I think this hotel is good choice.

Everything would have been great if TRIP.COM submitted my reservations to the resort. My reservation could not be found almost like this website was a scam. Luckily I saved all transactions between trip.com and myself. Due to the inconvenience, the resort management comped a room for 3 days. Tahiti village 10/10. Trip.com not recommended.

Room was outdated. Couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk, housekeeping, or the concierge after 7 PM in order to have clean towels brought up.

Our stay was good overall. Enjoyed the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen had the bare minimum of cookware. There was coffee, but no tea available (had to purchase). Booked this in the winter for the heated pool and lazy river. Got an email a couple of weeks before our stay that the lazy river would be closed while we were there (my family was really sad about this). One pool was open, but it was roped off so that you could only use about 1/4 the area. Pool was warm enough to swim in, we just wish there had been more space to play and swim.
Wish there was an airport shuttle. The shuttle to the ***** worked well.

The bathrooms had mold and calcium build up everywhere. There was hair in the shower, and a pipe must be leaking or broken in the wall,as there was leaking in one of the rooms were given. This stay made me feel very uncomfortable and unsure if things were sanitary and cleaned correctly. Multiple rooms had stuff on the ceiling, like patching or tapping. I felt mislead about where I was taking my family. The pool was closed, there was cats everywhere, the plants and palm trees where beautiful. I was just surprised by the lack of care for the rooms.

Had all the amenities that we needed. Liked the spacious rooms. Personnel all very helpful & accommodating. Return at least once a year.

My only issue is that there wasn’t enough close handicap parking and because the halls are so long I felt they should have elevators on both ends. The staff was friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay again.

It was a pretty chill stop on my way to Phoenix. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room had everything I needed, and it was located in a very central spot! My only complaint at all, is that, it was very outdated and could use some refreshing!
