I love The Orleans. Great food, shows, pool area and ******** options. I wish they had a couple more breakfast restaurants for options, but overall everything is great!

Cheaper, off ***** ******. Has decent rooms and clean, but no coffee maker or water in the rooms (like many Vegas casinos that are cheap). It’s old and run down, and a bit far from the *****. Their business center also charged me almost twenty bucks for receiving a package for me from Amazon. Had I known, I wouldn’t order it… ***. Overall, avoid it, but it’s still acceptable. Way better than the disasters of Circus and the old Rio rooms (the renovated Rio rooms are great).

I really enjoy the live Keno there and the fact that it's one of or possibly the only places in Vegas that runs Keno 24/7. The ***** are hit or miss. I seem to win a bit more than I lose. The rooms are really nice. I always get a room w a king size bed and a view of the *****. The room has a nice little side area w small couch a nice comfy chair.lose

The Orleans hotel and ****** is an old hotel but it is big. The hotel looks old.. carpet and room is so worn out. We will book other new hotel should we go to Las Vegas again. The service was very slow when the electricity stripped down, it took more than 2 hours for the technician to come.. and the front desk refused to change room for us..

This was a nice hotel with plenty of food choices. The bowling alley has 52 lanes and was clean. Lanes were decent.

There were bugs in the bathroom, found a white power in a plastic bag on the floor next to the couch, take your own disinfectant wipes the bathroom did not pass the black light test!

Great experience! Easy check in. No issues with anything in the room. Spent the day at the pool even booked a daybed! Our host was amazing! So friendly and tentative to us all day! Check out was even easier as I did it from the app!

This off-strip property used to have nice extras and was a little hidden gem. But although they are renovating their top floor suites and convention rooms, the average guest room and guest experience has gone downhill. I was with a large convention group (who has been coming here for 10 years running) and boy were we surprised when we checked in to find no coffee makers, no refrigerators available, and a hefty $34 per day resort fee! Also, their coffee shop which once was 24 hours is now only open til 3pm. The only late night dining options are the food court, where you will have to wait almost an hour to get your food. The housekeeping service is by request only, which was not communicated on check in. After two day I found this out because I called housekeeping asking why my room was not tidied. Staff was friendly in all my encounters, which was a big plus. The guest rooms are still larger than most, though bathroom amenities have also been downgraded compared to my previous visits, But for a $34 resort fee daily, I'd expect a whole lot more, including wi-fi that was more robust.

It took nearly two hours for the Trip.com booking to arrive in the Orleans system, so I had to sit and wait for two hours before I got into my room. The room was fine, except that the cold water tap in the bathroom sink was broken and didn’t work. The hotel did refund my resort fee for the inconvenience.

Love staying here Evangeline at front desk was extremely helpful and nice thank you ! Room cleaning service was unprofessional and had attitude for no reason otherwise my stay was enjoyable thank you

Even though off the ***** had many amenities available.No charge for parking. It was great. Had an arcade bowling great for children.

Overall the hotel was great! Room was a bit run down but generally clean and comfortable! We enjoyed fuddruckers salad!
