The Orleans Hotel & Casino

The Orleans hotel and ****** is an old hotel but it is big. The hotel looks old.. carpet and room is so worn out. We will book other new hotel should we go to Las Vegas again. The service was very slow when the electricity *****ped down, it took more than 2 hours for the technician to come.. and the front desk refused to change room for us..

This was a nice hotel with plenty of food choices. The bowling alley has 52 lanes and was clean. Lanes were decent.

First room was less clean than usual and smelled and had to change to another. Other than that the second room was great and quiet, good hotel.

First time at this hotel and resort and I will going back for sure. I definitely recommend it already with all my family and friends. Good job!!

Dear Orleans, To start when we arrived everything was ok untill it was time to sleep keep in mind that the next day my daughter had a taekwondo tournament so she had to go to sleep early and shower since the shampoo and conditioner wasn't enough for my daughter we decided to call the front desk and they didn't answer then we decided to call room service and they put me on hold for around half and hour. At that time since it didn't seem like they were coming any time soon my daughter showered and half an hour later they arrived and I had also asked for extra blankets due to the fact that it was VERY cold and instead of bringing me blankets they brought me towels which I didn't ask for. After I called again they finally brought the blankets. The day we arrived we wanted to now the hours of the pool so we asked a worker and we were very disappointed that not even a worker from the hotel knew the pool hours. The day after my daughter's tournament we were obviously very tired so we just wanted to sleep and we were woken up VERY early by a worker! We were absolutely disappointed! We found that the Orleans service was absolutely terrible! I called like 9 times to the front desk to ask about pool hours and they couldn't even answer! What kind of service is that! We also found a bug in the restroom and we did not find that very hygienic. We were very disappointed with our stay! We couldn't even go to the pool! The lobby had a terrible smell that made my family want to vomit! We still cannot believe that THIS was our experience in The Orleans! So many good reviews of this hotel and this is the reality! Me and my family were extremely disappointed with our stay! Especially since we come from far and this was our experience! We would gladly ask for The Orleans to really take this letter in mind and even think to better there service which was not good! We really ended up very disappointed with the service I'm The Orleans and we were very disappointed that this was the way we would spend our time in Las Vegas!

The Orleans is old and run down. They don't even offer microwaves or mini fridges in their rooms, which seems like baseline accommodations. Room service was unavailable during my stay for unspecified reasons. The sheets had small holes and stains, the bathroom was a bit moldy and the TV gets about 5 channels. Overall very unimpressed and do not intend to visit again.

I love to stay here, it is convenient to many destinations, clean, safe, beautiful decoration, spacies which ever room you chose. The only downturn was no TV option, no regular TV chanels, movies you need to purchase, Netflix available only if you use your login info. Other than that i will be a returning guest here for sure.

Staff very professional, location great.Needs small fridge, microwave and coffee maker and breakfast cafe other than that will be great to stay at and save on parking fee

We had a great vacation and we utilized almost all the amenities. Movies, arcade, restaurants, bar self parking, and ****** etc. Because the rooms are so fairly priced we could afford to spread out a bit and it really adds to the experience. All the folks we interacted with were friendly and helpful especially when my granddaughter left my credit card at the bar!!
