Stayed at hotel for one night on a cross country trip. Hotel is right off Interstate 10 so it was easy to get off and on the highway. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent. Staff were friendly.

The house was clean, well decorated and plenty of space. The views and night sky was breath taking. The property manager Mateo was helpful and very nice. Would definitely recommend and book again.

This place is nasty! I got out of the 1970's shower and made the mistake of not putting on shoes directly out of shower. The carpet in this place is so filthy my feet were black just from walking on it a short distance.
Needs an update so bad. Other things were bad that i am not going into they know what's wrong with this place and will not do anything to help this place.

Breakfast horrible. Waffles, cereal, or bagels. Hotel is run down with filthy walls and carpets. They wanted an extra $20 to check in a little early. The one good thing is it was quiet at night. No disturbances. Does not compare to a lot of other La Quintas I have stayed at.

Made me wish I'd stayed here and drove the extra 20 minutes instead of staying at the Anthony Inn to be closer to the schools in Chaparral and Anthony, NM. Ugh! Next time! I'm not going to cheat myself!

We had issues in our room. The curtain would not close completely, and we had a spot light just under the window. The curtains had large tears in them, letting in the light. Turned on the a/c to cool room down, only to see the filter had not been cleaned in months, it was black. When the people upstairs were taking a shower we were getting a very strong sewer odor in our room. Normally we have no issues at this hotel, but this trip was had.

At first, I chalked up the slightly dirty, looking bedding that maybe the room had sat vacant. After looking closer, I went down to the front desk and requested new bedding. It was on the edge of my comfort zone for clean, but what took the take was when I took a shower. The shower curtain had a bloody scab on it with a hair in the middle. I was so grossed out! Will not be staying with this hotel chain again ever. Not even if you paid me!

The overall state was good but there was hair in the shower and a swimming pool was not open and that was not mentioned on their website.
