Communal facilities include a kitchen with a large refrigerator, a guest laundry, a large shared verandah and a BBQ area. Stayed in the apar**ent room which was clean and had good access from the front of the house. We had the place to ourselves which was very relaxing and we were able to use the pool area at any time. Room was clean, bed comfy, fridge was stocked with basic continental breakfast provisions. However, aircon was like a jet engine in the room, the apar**ent itself is basic, no vanity storage in the bathroom, and appliances in the apar**ent were old. Generally it felt in need of upgrade. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Darwin and approx 25 mins to the waterfront. On the plus side the street it is in is very quiet.
