We stayed here about 10 years ago and had a great experience. It appears not much has been updated since our last stay. This time, service was just not as good. Room was not cleaned one day, I had to ask for new towels. We stayed a total of 5 nights and only asked for it to be cleaned twice, one of which was not done. Breakfast was decent and staff running the food area were very nice and attentive.

Internet service did not work because their password system did not work. Could not log in. Their help system was contracted out, so the employee at the desk gave me a phone number to call for help. The number gave me a technician who wasn't able to do anything but forward my call to an automated phone system that didn't even have an option to address the issue. Total fail on internet service.

The room was clean but it did have a smell and the bed was very uncomfortable very hard. Won’t stay there again.
