La Fiermontina Ocean

The location is of course stunning.. nothing to say about that. I’ve chosen this resort to stay one night along the coastline during my tour in Morocco, on the way to Casablanca. Being as well an half Italian property (I’m Italian) I thought was an additional guarantee of good hospitality and excellence but I was deeply wrong. Let’s start with the arrival experience: I’ve received a message one day in advance asking the time of my arrival, which I communicate was in late afternoon. When we arrived, we were briefed by the first NOT WELL TRAINED member of the staff. We mentioned we were quite tired since we had a long drive and we arrived at 18:00hrs. As a staff, you should know we have only one night stay.. therefore it’s useless giving me a long briefing regarding horse riding and other activities which I can’t do. But the joke was the beach access..after explaining how much the beach bar is amazing etc, he told us that there is a common shuttle with a ride of 20minutes and the last one was at 17:15hrs. When you pay 700euro a night, in a property of more or less 20 villas (not hundreds), you expect there’s a private shuttle service. I work in Maldives in a 90villas property and there’s private buggy service available all day long. Especially if a property is located on the hill, and it takes 20 minutes ride.. what do you expect?! If I would like to watch the sunset on the beach, shall I take 2 hours walk and come back with the dark?!? What we politely asked was to get us there just to have at least a look and take couple of pictures. (No swimming, no sunbathing etc). Answer: NO. Why?! Cause the 02 buggies are busy in taking the other guests back from the beach.. maybe due the fact that I stay only one night, I wasn’t considered a guest as well. Such a shame! Thousands point lost in what is GOOD CUSTOMER CARE AND PERSONALISED SERVICE! Ok, we gave up with the idea of seeing the beach..and we decided to enjoy our villa, which unfortunately we found out was one of the worst.. pool dirty (with dead bees and leaves), walls with cracks, curtains broken, toilet door handle broken, lights not working. So I decided to use the reception chat to communicate the issues.. answer: “Will send maintenance!” Sorry but my villas should have checked as per standard before my arrival! Especially I guess that if I check in at 06:00pm you have plenty of time to do that!!! I decline since having few hours till the end of the day, I don’t want to waste my time in having staff in the villa who works and invade my privacy. Then they mentioned the general manager would like to meet us.. same, sorry I don’t waste my time listening to apologies of a person clearly unable to run a luxury property. We decided to go dinner.. and same.. if you know how to do hospitality job, you should have fixed all the above issues during the time of the turndown, when we were out of the villa. But nothing has been done except the cleanings.. not even an apology card with some recovery ameniti

Un week-end entre famille hors du temps, un magnifique séjour où tout était au rendez-vous le calme du lieu, la délicatesse du personnel, l’architecture et la deco des chambres, chacune avec sa piscine, une excellente cuisine, je remercie le chef de nous avoir régalé. Vous souhaitez faire une coupure avec le stress quotidien et vous faire plaisir, réserver à la Fiermontina.

Nous avons effectué un séjour à la Fiermontina océan qui etait incroyable, la suite offre une vue magnifique sur l’océan et les collines. Le service de l’hôtel est irréprochable. Le restaurant et toutes les activités proposées sont excellent.

La Fiermontina Ocean est tout simplement un lieu exceptionnel. Dès que vous franchissez le seuil, vous ressentez immédiatement la sérénité et l’authenticité de cet endroit unique. Niché au cœur de la nature, cet hôtel est un véritable havre de paix où l'on peut enfin respirer, se reconnecter avec soi-même et se laisser bercer par le doux murmure de l'océan. Les vues sur la mer sont à couper le souffle, surtout au moment du coucher de soleil, où les couleurs embrasent le ciel dans un spectacle de lumière à la fois majestueux et apaisant. Le calme absolu qui règne ici est une véritable bénédiction pour l’âme. L’accueil est tout simplement chaleureux, marqué par une humanité rare qui vous fait sentir chez vous dès l’instant où vous arrivez. Le personnel allie discrétion et bienveillance, toujours prêt à rendre votre séjour inoubliable. L’élégance de chaque détail, du design des chambres à la présentation des plats, témoigne d’un goût raffiné et d’une grande attention portée au bien-être des hôtes. La cuisine, quant à elle, est un véritable voyage gastronomique, où chaque plat est une explosion de saveurs, un délice pour les gourmands. La Fiermontina Ocean n’est pas seulement un lieu où séjourner, c’est une expérience qui se vit avec tous les sens. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous ressourcer en toute tranquillité, entouré par la beauté naturelle et l’élégance, ne cherchez pas plus loin. Ce lieu est une perle rare, à découvrir absolument.

Siamo tornati da qualche giorno dal nostro viaggio in Marocco e gli ultimi 10 giorni li abbiamo passati alla Fiermontina: luogo che toglie il fiato in tutti i sensi. Personale non dei più eccelsi ma impagabile a livello di gentilezza, cura per gli ospiti e attenzione. Camere ben arredate e molto accoglienti. Servizio navetta per la spiaggia super! Ristorante con chef italiano buonissimo… i miei bambini hanno sempre mangiato con piacere. È un luogo paradisiaco e ancora incontaminato che consiglierei a tutti. La spiaggia è incredibile. Torneremo sicuramente!

accueil très professionnel Les chambres sont toutes décorées différemment , spacieuses et avec piscine privée ainsi qu'une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer . L'hôtel cultive les fruits et légumes qu'il sert aux restaurants Le restaurant principal l'Océan sert une nourriture italienne et marocaine et parfois un buffet . Excellent ! Je recommande leur jus de fraise Le beach bar sert également des sandwiches et salades . Manger les pieds dans le sable , face à la grande bleue est formidable Et enfin , le café maure qui se trouve dans le village ( là où se trouvent également le hamman et la salle de massage ) est un endroit hors du temps où l'on a envie de s'attarder tellement on s'y sent bien . Le personnel est souriant , aimable et respectueux . Il fait tout pour que le client se sente bien. Je recommande vivement cet endroit magnifique et reviendrai dès que possible

Un havre de paix qui représente à lui seul toute l'abondance dont le Maroc peut faire preuve. La nature y est généreuse, les logements sont bien travaillé et le coeur des gens qui travaillent sur place est exceptionnel. On sent qu'ils mettent du coeur à l'ouvrage pour nous faire sentir bien, chez nous et profiter pleinement de nos vacances. Je ne peux que recommander ce que nous considèrons très sincèrement pour le moment comme l'un des plus belle endroit au Maroc !
