Vị trí khách sạn rất thuận tiện đi lại. Phòng không quá to nhưng có đầy đủ facilities, set up cũng oke. Smart TV kết nối đc YT và NF luôn. Khách sạn cách những quán ăn hot chỉ tầm 5-8p lái xe.

We stayed at the Mento Hotel for two nights. The girls at the reception were very friendly, helpful, and kind. We booked a standard room. Unfortunately, our room did not have a window, which made it feel confined. The wallpaper on the wall had a sea landscape picture, which was nice. The rooms are clean and neat, with comfortable beds and nice, cold air conditioning. The hotel swimming pool is beautiful, and we spent most of our time there. It would have been even better if there were pool loungers (or ”sunbeds”) to lie on next to the pool—they only had regular chairs. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is situated close to restaurants and charming coffee shops. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Nhìn chung khá ok. Tuy nhiên khách sạn chỉ có 6 tầng nên view cũng khá thấp so với các khách sạn khác. Hành lang tối, ít bật đèn 🥹. Tuy nhiên dịch vụ cũng khá ổn, có bánh ngọt mang lên phòng mỗi ngày. Tổng quan mình đánh giá 8,5/10

Khách sạn mới rất đẹp, vệ sinh sạch sẽ, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Tầng hầm còn có nhà hàng cafe rất ngon, sẽ quay lại khi có dịp qua đây 👍!

Tôi đã có một số hiểu lầm với ban quản lý, nhưng mọi chuyện đã được giải quyết. Phòng rộng, view hướng ra biển nhưng vẫn tuyệt vời. Có máy giặt ở ban công.

The room was perfectly clean and comfortable to stay in. The hotel is very pretty, although it did feel like a ghost town place. Honestly everything was really nice except for these few things: 1. The courtyard view looks like a creepy 20 floor dungeon there's no natural light whatsoever. There's basically no difference between this and staying in a windowless room. 2. The breakfast has basically no vegan options, the only vegetarian option everyday morning was a fried egg, bread and fruit. Bread was stale. 3. The pool is only clean in the center, the sides of the pool are completely mildew filled. That being said, before I realized this, I had an amazing evening swim in the pool. 4. After 1230 they charge you almost $12 usd for late check out. I think it's just ridiculous. That's about half the price of another night and just one 1hr late checkout, even as a diamond member on trip.com, they nickel and dime you. This kind of left a bad taste in my mouth because the whole time I'm at this hotel, I don't even see more than 1 other person staying in the hotel. And rooms were still available. It left a bad taste in my mouth. 5. The shower leaks because the water sprays everywhere I almost slipped and .... You know. Good thing I'm okay. Otherwise, it was comfortable place, soft big bed, relatively good wifi, the staff are kind. There's a very convenient restaurant on the top floor, but again very few vegetarian options. But the prices are still good. I can't give it 5 stars.
