We arrived at the hotel late at night, and it was great that the hotel had its own parking lot with no additional parking fees. However, the front desk staff during checkout seemed a bit cold and unsmiling, and they didn’t even offer a simple greeting. The breakfast options were extremely limited—the simplest meal we had during our entire stay in the U.S.—but it was enough to fill us up, and the coffee was exceptionally good! The service wasn’t particularly warm or attentive, and there wasn’t much in the way of friendly smiles. That said, the hotel itself and its decor were quite decent. 到达酒店的时候已经大晚上，酒店有自己的停车场并且不收停车费，这点非常好。不过退房的前台态度有点冷漠，不苟言笑，也没有打任何招呼。早饭选择超级少，是我们在美国所有早饭里最简单的一餐，不过还是能吃饱，毕竟咖啡非常非常好喝！服务算不上贴心，没有什么微笑服务。不过酒店以及布置还是可以的

The service was very friendly and they shared with us delicious local restaurants. There are also welcome drinks in the afternoon. Both the white and red wines were delicious. It was such a pleasure to sunbathe by the pool and drink the hotel's free red wine.

I called before arriving, asking about the bedding. I told them I was traveling with 91 yr. old mother and 67 yr. old sister. I am 71. They offer 1 queen and told me extra double would be very comfortable. It was a pull out couch. When you remove the cushions from sofa, there is a note pasted on the pull out that my sheet are in a bag in the closet. The pull out was metal springs. The bag has a top, bottom sheet and pillow with no case, 1 blanket. It took 5 layers of padding to make it sleepable. All 3 of us left for the entire day and when we arrived to the room at 6:30 p.m. our used towels were still on the floor and trash cans were full. Fresh towels were delivered to our room from the common open area, not thru the hallway. This stay was not what I expected of Marriott Residence Inn at $346.00 per night plus $15.00 per night for parking. Oh and there is a sign before you enter the hallways that tell you if your car is vandalized, Marriott is not responsible. Welcome to California in 2024.

The hotel itself is very different in the way it blends in with the neighborhood, pretty nice in style and not what I was expecting for a Best Western. The hotel isn’t too far from the city center but also not close enough (which is why I gave a 4), but it is very very nice. I also gave a 4 for amenities only because I wasn’t able to use them as it was less than 24 hour stay, and I wanted to experience the city more. Overall, I did like it, comfortable bed and pillows and I believe I could have slept much longer if I didn’t have an 11am check out 🤦🏽♂️🤣. But overall I was satisfied and the staff both office and cleaning were very kind and helpful. ❤️ Santa Barbara is a very beautiful city and BW gave the right price for my stay. 👍🏽

I’ll start by saying this is the first review I have ever written about anything… This hotel is beautiful. The valet and the front staff were lovely. The rooftop pool was perfect and the location was just right. However- the walls of the hotel rooms are PAPER THIN. You can hear absolutely everything. When we first checked in at 430pm, there was housekeeping working on the room next door and it sounded like a construction site (we actually to confirm it there was)- vacuums hitting the walls, furniture being moved, stuff being dropped onto the floors- but the worst was very loud conversations about things that should not be discussed in a work environment at a $500/night hotel. In order to mask the noise, we put on some music in our room (at 5pm mind you) and 10 minutes later we got a knock on the door reporting the music was too loud! The next morning we woke up to our neighbors laughing hysterically and blasting Taylor swift (and hey, I’m a swiftie myself), but the loud cackling is not something I want to be woken up to on vacation. I am really sad to say I will not stay here again. It was definitely not worth spending almost $500 for one night.

Cute renovated old hotel with the vintage elevator very charming. However, I booked the hotel because it was promoted as a hotel with a spa. However, it did not have a spa and recommended a spa that was several miles away. Although I think I might go back cute.

The hotel was very nice! The rooms were clean and modern and the service was great. We thought there would be a microwave in the room and there was not, but there was a sizable mini fridge so that worked for us. The continental breakfast was included in our stay and it was great! Several options and the food was very good. The room was quiet and it was located near many attractions, such as the Museum of Natural History. It was only about a 10-15 minute drive to the beaches and the SB Zoo as well. We had our 5-year-old with us and it was family friendly. Overall, a really wonderful stay.

房間設施簡潔，喜歡這個風格。公共區域有很棒的泳池和酒吧。酒店位置在芭芭拉市中心胖，步行可達主街很方便。去海邊需要開車，每天收取30美元停車費。

motel 6 是連鎖品牌， 在聖巴巴拉有三家，訂的時候要特別看下地址。 這家算是我訂錯的，開車跑到十公里之外的海邊才發現訂錯了。總體房間中規中矩，有些緊湊但是該有的設施都有，開車到海邊十幾分鍾，前台有免費的熱水和速溶咖啡，停車位挺充足一個房間一個車位，有游泳池。
