PPam ThamesPhòng rất tuyệt, chỉ có điều là tủ lạnh bị mất. Cô nhân viên làm thủ tục nhận phòng không muốn dành thời gian giải thích về hệ thống thanh toán phí đỗ xe mới. Tải xuống/quét và thanh toán phí đỗ xe trên điện thoại. Cô ấy chỉ nói ”làm đi, tự giải thích đi”. Tôi đã làm theo và ngày hôm sau, nó không hoạt động, không thể ra khỏi bãi đỗ xe... Thật là lộn xộn! Điều này đã xảy ra nhiều lần với bãi đỗ xe mới... Thật bất tiện, máy quét không bao giờ hoạt động, họ cho rằng bạn chưa thanh toán khi bạn có bằng chứng trên điện thoại rằng bạn đã thanh toán! Có lẽ sẽ không bao giờ ở lại đây nữa. Thêm 18 đô la một đêm cho phí đỗ xe là vô lý! Nó không tăng thêm sự an toàn hay an ninh. Tôi đã ở đây nhiều năm rồi, điều này thật vô lý!!!

TTài khoản kháchHad a quick work trip and was looking for a place that I could get easily back and forth to and from the airport. Grateful for the shuttle service provided by the hotel and for the driver Perry. He is truly a gentleman who cares about his passengers. Quite thoughtful. Given some of the reviews, I was little concerned arriving at the hotel BUT I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It seems some of the reviews may be for some of their other locations which share the same name. This hotel was spotless. It is less than a year old. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable bedding, pillows, lots of outlets and USB ports throughout, and the bathroom stocked with Dove hand wash, lotion, shampoo, and soaps. The common areas are also great--the gym, the bathrooms, the coffee/tea area, etc. They are well designed and equipped with plenty of seating and charging capability. Also, I want to give a shout out to front desk clerk Cindy. She was working extremely long hours each day I was there and helpful at every turn when I had a question. Others mention the noise of the nearby interstate--that was not a problem for me as I travel so much that I bring with me a hand sized white noise machine. Makes a huge difference. Would stay here again.

Room was super muggy and alter mental state homeless hanging and sleeping out front.service was ok. Checking was a process ad I prepaid and they had a balance showing eventhough I prepaid in full. Checking was bad but checkout staff was good and accommodating.

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhEstaba muy bien ubicado ,el servicio perfecto tal fue así q se me quedó extraviado un teléfono en mi habitación y ya me había ido y me llamaron para q regresara a recogerlo y yo no me había dado ni cuenta q me dijeron q no me preocupara q mi teléfono iba a estar guardado esperando q yo regresaran ,la limpieza estaba normal ya q la propiedad estaban asiendo algunas reparaciones aun así no había ningún ruido y todo estaba tranquilo y por la noche había un security en el parking

TTài khoản kháchWhen we first arrived, we were in a second floor room. I asked for a ground floor room because both my friend and I are disabled veterans. No problem, we were given a ground floor room. When we initially went into the room, it was quite hot in there. In an attempt to cool the room down, I found that the controls on the air conditioner turned all the way around, leaving me not really knowing where on the dial did it corollate with the cool setting. While sitting on the bed, I noticed the ceiling and the very evident water damage on the ceiling. There were large areas on the ceiling that showed where large areas were covered by sheetrock or wood, then covered with paint. There were other areas that showed long sections that had water damage that had not been fixed, too. The only amenity was the ice bucket. All in all, the bed was decently comfortable and got a fair night’s sleep, but the pillows were less than useful. The only thing that irritated me was the fact that housekeeping knocked on the door before 1100 am. We were already taking our belongings to the truck and when we tried to get back into the room to get the rest of our belongings, the card key no longer worked! I had to walk from one end of the motel to the other end to get back to the office; they had to reset the key I guess. Walking that distance was very difficult physically for me and I feel that would not have been necessary if the key continued to be effective in unlocking the door. I think next time I will stay somewhere else.
