LLucy KavzLoved our stay here it was great and fast to check in and we absolutely loved the space in our room. The cleanliness was phenomenal and I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. This is my favorite hotel so far! It was so convenient and we had enough space to relax and enjoy some TV and tons of storage space like a hutch AND closet. I'm very picky with certain things and this hotel checked off all my boxers.

TTài khoản kháchWhen we checked in the receptionist at the front desk was so rude, it was ridiculous. It was obvious that she did not want to be there. I know it was Valentines Day and maybe she didn't receive floweres but no reason to be rude to guest. We checked in and asked if there were any carts and she just pointed to the door. Mark Cluck and his wife were traveling with us and when he checke in she was just as rude to him. On Saturday morning there was no hot water in our room or the Clucks room, and we all took cold showers. I had breakfast and as soon as I finished eating I got sick and was in bed all day. OH BTW one of the elevators was not working in the morning. Sunday morning when we got up and left and there was plenty of hot water and the elevators were working fine and there was Friendly face was behind the desk. Thanks Steve Greenberg

TTài khoản kháchStayed here for move in day at TCU. The price point and proximity to campus was nice. Room felt a little run down with chipped up baseboards and a ripped lampshade, things like that. The walk in shower was roomy and water pressure was good, though there's no door to the shower, just a half glass wall. No maid service (stayed 2 nights). Second night the air conditioner started making a loud, consistent machine noise in the wall, which made it hard to sleep. Wasn't the cleanest room ever upon check in, nor was it the worst I've seen

TTài khoản kháchWhile for the first time ever we stepped into the lobby of the Staybridge we were amazed with how nice and well decorated this hotel was and after checking into our room we never realized that our nightmare would just begin. Our room key would not open any of the ext. doors for outside entry so we asked the clerk what was wrong and she said there was a problem with the door so she would have maintenance check it out and in the meantime she issued us a temp. key card that worked but it expired that evening and no longer worked and once again we got locked out while holding bags of groceries and merchandise from Walmart and we had to walk all the way around the bldg. carrying our stuff to come in thru the front entrance. Then, when I used the DOVE hand and face cream in the bathroom to apply to my body it had a horrible odor of being rancid and had to immediately wash it off. Angry, we decided to leave your hotel and spend the next 3 days at the Best-Western hotel next door, whereas we had no problems, issues or uncomfortable issues. Sadly, this was our very FIRST EVER stay at the Stay bridge Suites and most likely our last!

CCupOfJoeI recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Worth Downtown/Convention Center, and it was a really good experience. The location is excellent, right by the Convention Center and very convenient for getting around downtown Fort Worth and Sundance Square. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. My room was a good size, and because the hotel is fairly new, everything felt very clean and fresh, which was a huge plus. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept well. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast; it had a nice variety of options, and the waffles were particularly tasty. Overall, the hotel offers good value with amenities like free Wi-Fi and a fitness center. I can see why it gets positive reviews, and I'd certainly recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay in Fort Worth.

TTài khoản kháchHotel sits just off the I 35 Highway in an area full of restaurants and shops to go to. Movie theater is just down the road, as is the city of Fort Worth, Tx within a 20-35 minute drive ( traffic depending). It's quiet in the evening. I suggest the room with the king bed that comes with upgraded sheets and snack bag, choose from the items behind the check-in desk. It does lack some hotel amenities but makes up in room pricing vs. other hotels in town. The room is clean, the towels and sheets look & feel like new, and the room is spacious enough to relax in with ample lighting. The staff is helpful and accommodating.

KKaye555So literally everything was just fine with the hotel itself. It was very clean, cosmetic damages here and there, but not so bad that it even made a difference cuz the place was so clean. The front desk staff was awesome and very kind.... But let me tell you about the housekeepers. Smh. So second morning, I wake up cuz I hear them out there, so I gather my towels go out there to try to get new towels she acts like she doesn't understand English and what I'm saying so I just left the towels outside of my door hoping that it would be kind of obvious that, you know, I need fresh towels. Well that never happened. And then in the morning when it was time for me to check out I was running just a little bit late it was about 11:10 a.m. and those housekeepers were incredibly rude and disrespectful, oh and all of a sudden understood English. It was ridiculous. So yes because of the housekeepers I won't ever go back there.

KKaye555It's quiet and peaceful. The general area isn't the greatest but i didn't feel unsafe at any time so.... The management, you can tell they don't put up with crap at their hotel. It's close to stores and food. I've never had a bad experience at this hotel.
