TTài khoản kháchFirst time in this hotel, quite good. Good location, good room, separate shower and closet, coffee maker in room. No parking, but there is a valet service. If you bring car you can park in the next block in Jefferson st, comfortable and reasonable price. Housekeeping and waiting quite slow response for services. Overall happy with the stay

TTài khoản khách.The hotel left a mixed impression. Despite the excellent reviews and not being the cheapest option, we were overall disappointed. Starting with the positives: A very convenient location in a pleasant, green, and quiet neighborhood not far from downtown. There are plenty of great cafés, small shops, restaurants, and wine bars nearby. Polite and friendly staff at the front desk. Interesting room design. Spacious parking available for hotel guests. Large rooms. Now the downsides: Thin walls and creaky floors made it very difficult to sleep. The soundproofing is basically nonexistent. The young couple staying in the next room was clearly enjoying their time together, which unfortunately meant a very uncomfortable experience for us. In addition, the refrigerator in the room was extremely noisy — not only did it hum loudly when running, but it also made constant knocking sounds. The breakfast was exceptionally poor. The only “hot” items seemed to be the coffee and a dishwasher, which, oddly enough, was placed right in the middle of the breakfast area. There were two small TVs in the room, both positioned very inconveniently for viewing, and neither had streaming services available. The housekeeping staff was intrusive — within a 20-minute period, they knocked on the door three times (and even tried to open it once), apparently trying to hurry us out, even though it was still before checkout time.

KKamamo BailonKhách sạn là một khách sạn boutique nhỏ với dịch vụ hạn chế. Vị trí rất phù hợp với nhu cầu của chúng tôi (trò chơi Trailblazers) vì chúng tôi chỉ cách Trung tâm Moda vài phút. Khách sạn là giấc mơ của những người theo chủ nghĩa tối giản. Phòng nằm đối diện phòng ký túc xá đại học, nhưng sạch sẽ và gọn gàng. Khách sạn có quầy bar nhà hàng ở sảnh với thực đơn lấy cảm hứng từ Hàn Quốc. Quầy bar thu hút người dân địa phương trong khu vực và có bầu không khí thực sự tốt. Bãi đậu xe có giá 50 đô la một đêm, nhưng có các lựa chọn như đỗ xe trên phố với tổng chi phí khoảng 20 đô la một ngày (Giá đỗ xe trên phố kỳ lạ... ít nhất là đối với tôi 🤣) hoặc các bãi đậu xe gần đó với chi phí chỉ bằng một nửa giá đỗ xe của khách sạn. Giá phòng là một điểm cộng tuyệt vời và vị trí khiến chúng tôi không phải đắn đo.

TTài khoản kháchWe fly in from Hawaii, our flight delayed 3 hours, so we arrived at the hotel at 4am, the girl at the counter was walking towards outside and saw us entering the hotel with luggages without saying a word, we thought she was stepped out just a bit, and waited in the lobby, but she disappeared! There was another man in the lobby he tried to help us find her however no luck. We were so very tired and waited in the lobby for half an hour, she finally came in and gave us the key of the room, it only took like 2 minutes. If it were that simple, why not just handed the key to us upon our arrival, we tried to make phone calls, but the phone rang right in front of us in the counter with nobody inside, it's very very very frustrated.

KKirus24Location is fine, but there are a lot of homeless people near hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was really really good. The bad thing is that there is no free parking (they offer $59 valet parking which is super expensive). If you’re lucky you will find some free overnight parking spots near hotel (it’s free from 7pm to 8am). So I would recommend this hotel if you’re traveling without car.

TTài khoản kháchThis hotel smells like Christmas morning because of the fireplaces and the scent diffusers, very cool feature I haven't seen anywhere else. Very nice front desk staff, windows that open, fireplaces, and despite an ongoing renovation there wasn't any chaotic banging / drilling or paint, they kept everything very professional. There are 3 different Marriot properties all next to each other in this area, this Residence, the Fairfield and the Courtyard. They all sort of share the same parking lot, it feels secure, although you get some loud cars coming through and this hotel is right off the highway exit, so some people complain about car noise. I didn't notice / mind it that much. For some reason the nightly rates went way up since I stayed here, from around $108 to now over $170 before taxes. At the initial rate, it was an amazing deal and the best Residence Inn by far. At this new price it's still a solid, very clean and professional hotel but I think it's priced too expensive relative to the amenities.

AAdam ValentinerI would describe this as a hipster hotel with unique character to match the downtown area. My teenage kids did like the room and the adjacent coffee shop. However, I felt the room was a little small, especially the bathroom and the room could use some updating like more amenities like towel racks and storage for suitcases. Our room was not close to being recently remodeled so pictures can be a little deceiving. Bed was comfortable but I could hear people walking around above our room at night. I also struggled with parking found it very stressful trying to find parking, plan to spend around $40 a day on parking a day if you are driving around a lot. The overnight parking which is approx 10-15 minutes away walking distance is not on site and is only $20 a night, but it does not feel safe after 10pm to be walking around due to the homeless problem in the area. I don't think I will be returning to this hotel. I def don't feel like this was a 3 star hotel, I would give it a 2.5 out of 4 or 5 stars. The breakfast was a continental at best. Pastries with juice or coffee and fruit. Sometimes they provided yogurt or boxed oatmeal and oat milk but nothing special and get there before 9 am or there may run out of items. Portland has a lot of fun things to see but because of the homeless problem I would seek out recommendations for the best attractions and stir clear of the problem areas. Washington park and art museum were a lot of fun to visit. Multnomah Falls would be an all day trip and get there very early since parking is terrible or park off site and take tram in. I was also charged an additional fee of $25 a night which was not mentioned anywhere on the trip.com booking receipt.
