Tôi đã ở tại Khách sạn Venetian trong chuyến công tác 42 đêm và thực sự ấn tượng. Quy trình nhận phòng diễn ra suôn sẻ và hiệu quả, nhân viên lễ tân rất chuyên nghiệp và chu đáo. Phòng sạch sẽ, trang trí hiện đại, giường ngủ rất thoải mái và cách âm tuyệt vời - lý tưởng cho những ai cần một đêm ngon giấc. Xin gửi lời cảm ơn đặc biệt đến bộ phận lễ tân đã hỗ trợ sắp xếp dịch vụ đưa đón sân bay và đặt chỗ nhà hàng. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại - khách sạn này là một viên ngọc quý cho cả khách công tác và khách du lịch.

Tôi không thể tìm ra một khuyết điểm nào ở khách sạn này. Vị trí tuyệt vời, n*** gần dải Las Vegas, có thể đi bằng tàu điện một ray. Cảnh quan tuyệt đẹp, đặc biệt là vào ban đêm. This hotel and casino was really nice. Thank God it's off of the strip. The room that was selected for me was okay. The eyes on the wall was a little creepy, but it was okay. I don't like the fact you couldn't use the refrigerator in the room without being charged. That shouldn't be an issue. So if you get a room at the Palms, bring a cooler, because the refrigerator is off limits unless you want to pay for it.

I was a little worried when I exited the freeway and immediately found myself driving through a large homeless encampment. However, it was confined to that one block. The hotel itself does not have homeless hanging outside or milling around. There is a parking garage, but if your vehicle is taller than 68” you won’t be able to use it. Instead, you’ll have to park in the immediate adjacent covered spaces (none available when we got there at 10:00); but there’s another outdoor lot that was never full on the other side of the hotel- accessible by foot by either walking through the casino or outside about ½ block. Your hotel room key will get you in and out of the outdoor lots and garage. Hotel staff and security are very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean, but I have asthma so walking through the smokey casino was difficult. I forgot that Vegas is still stuck in the 70’s when it comes to indoor smoking. We had a room on the 9th floor. There are 4 good sized elevators that arrive quickly and they are clean and don’t smell. Our room was clean, but no coffee maker and no microwave. There is a small mini fridge- really small. There’s a hairdryer on the wall by the sink. Adequate water pressure in the shower. Enough counter space on both sides of the sink for bathroom items. Shower has soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers- I forgot to let management know that the conditioner was pretty much jammed, but I was able to get some out with a lot of pumping. Queen beds were comfortable. Very thin “blanket” so if you’re with someone who cranks the AC up, you’ll need a better blanket. The AC unit was a bit loud but I usually have white noise playing to get to sleep so it was good for me. Our room overlooked the freeway and industrial area so we did have freeway noise- again not an issue for me. I liked the shutters instead of drapes. Floors could do away with the carpeting in the rooms. We didn’t watch any television but there is one. Surrounding area: Mob Museum is across the street. So is Fremont Street which has some of the oldest hotels and Binions where you can take a photo with a stack of money- I think it’s 1 million dollars. The California Hotel across the street caters to Hawaiians. You’ll find great Hawaiian food there. They also have the pool for Main Street use- can’t comment because I didn’t use it. What I learned today when we headed home is that there’s a Costco (needed gas) 5 minutes away & the escape rooms that my friend said we should check out (we didn’t have time). There is a fantastic breakfast place 2 blocks down that is always busy. Hash House. If it’s packed, go to the bar to order takeout. Takes 15 minutes and you can grab a table in the food court 100 feet away.

The room is decent in terms of its overall appearance and comfort, providing a good space for relaxation. However, the lighting in the room is quite dim, which might make it challenging to perform tasks that require good visibility or create a bright and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the shower room could benefit from some improvement like the hot water. Lastly, the self-check-in system had numerous issues like not accepting any of my cards, which wasted a significant amount of time during the check-in process.

Nói chung là ổn, là khách sạn cũ, không có tủ lạnh và phòng khá rộng rãi. Sẽ thuận tiện hơn nếu có bàn ủi để ủi quần áo khi đi công tác. Giá cũng tương đối tốt. Bạn có thể đi xe đưa đón ở New York đối diện. Có một nhà hàng và sòng bạc ở tầng dưới

Giá cả hợp lý, nằm ngoài Strip nhưng bạn có thể đi bộ đến Strip trong 10-15 phút, khoảng cách hợp lý. Phòng rộng rãi và được bảo trì khá tốt! Khách sạn hiện đang được cải tạo một phần, mong chờ khu vực mới xây dựng! Mặc dù một số khu vực của khách sạn không hoạt động, nhưng tôi đã rất ngạc nhiên khi thấy có một nhà hàng Trung Quốc ngon bên trong khách sạn! Đó là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời!

We just spent three nights at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas and I have very mixed feelings about our stay. On the plus side, the property itself is beautiful. The exterior, lobby, and common areas are impressive, with lots of decorative touches and fancy lighting. You can tell this used to be a true five-star resort. We also got a great rate on our room and, at face value, were very happy with it. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was our bathroom shower. On the second night, the shower stopped working properly — it wouldn’t turn fully on or off and was stuck at an uncomfortable lukewarm temperature. We discovered this late at night and had to stay up waiting for engineers to come repair it. They did fix it, and we were able to shower in the morning and go about our day. The next day, New Year’s Eve, we returned to the room after being out for about five hours and immediately heard a piercing squeal in the hallway. The sound was coming from our suite. When I opened the double doors to the bathroom, the room was filled with hot steam. It appeared that housekeeping had turned on the shower to clean and then couldn’t turn it off; it was blasting extremely hot water at full force. We had the same issue again: no one could stop it. Getting help the second time was difficult. There was a shift change and the hotel was clearly focused on New Year’s Eve festivities. With limited time to get ready, my husband and I ended up having to go shower in the spa (which, thankfully, was still open). By the time we got back, the shower had been fixed again, but the whole situation was a huge inconvenience and took a long time to resolve. Honestly, this room should not have been assigned to anyone given the state of the shower. To the staff’s credit, everyone we interacted with was kind and tried to be as helpful as they could. No one was rude. Management did offer compensation for the trouble: • One free night (which we accepted) • Waived our resort fees (which we accepted) • Complimentary breakfast (which we didn’t use) However, our visit to the spa highlighted further maintenance issues: • The steam rooms in both the men’s and women’s areas weren’t working at all. • The women’s spa pool had only one working jet; the men’s side didn’t work at all. • The water was more lukewarm than warm. • I liked the sauna, but towels and flip-flops that were left there on my first visit were still there the next day, which made me question how often it’s cleaned. • The shower in the sauna area was out of order, the bathrobes didn’t have matching ties, and the slippers in the women’s area were initially male-sized. • Both the main outdoor pool and the hot tub were closed. Given how many amenities were unavailable or not functioning, the $32.50 per night resort fee feels very steep. There were also some basic room and building issues: • A loose wooden board under the sink, barely held on by a screw, fell off and landed on my husband’s foot while he was getting ready. • Many areas of the hotel, especially the guest room hallways and the walk from the parking garage to the lobby, smelled strongly of rotten eggs. It seemed like a sewage issue that someone tried to mask with heavy fragrance, which honestly made it worse. Overall, this is a property with a lot of potential and a gorgeous exterior, and we appreciated the staff’s kindness and the attempt to make things right with a free night. But the maintenance problems, plumbing issues, spa disrepair, resort fee, and pervasive odor made our stay far less relaxing than we had hoped. With serious investment in repairs and upkeep, this could be an amazing hotel again—but right now, it falls short of what the Hilton name and resort fees suggest.
