TTài khoản kháchĐây là một trong những khách sạn đẹp nhất mà tôi từng ở ở đâu. Nó giống như bước quay lại thời gian. Phòng hơi nhỏ nhưng chỉ là hai chúng tôi nên không quan trọng. Giường rất thoải mái và được trang bị tốt. Hệ thống đầu vòi hoa sen hơi quá phức tạp và thực sự không đủ áp lực cho tất cả các vòi hoa sen khác nhau trên đó, nhưng tôi có thể tìm ra nó. Vẫn tôi sẽ thích một đầu vòi hoa sen đơn giản hơn.
Sảnh, quầy bar, hồ bơi ... mọi thứ đều đẹp và sang trọng. Các sự cải tạo mới trông tuyệt vời!

TTài khoản kháchThe room was overall clean, but when the toilet didn't quite smell right (yuck) and when I looked there was evidence that the area under the rim hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. We were happy with the location being a bit out of town for the price. The staff was great, the upfront push to buy a timeshare was expected and only took about 10 minutes of our time. Overall, we'd stay again but ask that our bathroom be cleaned more thoroughly.

TTài khoản kháchThe hotel is clean, big, ( even the washroom), with great ocean view Balcony.. it only just need extra careful ( of course) when crossing tye road , if you want to explore the beach... The location may a bit far from the downtown, if you need to explore more the town... but it has a closer theme park, Moody Garden ,which is very nice place to visit for a day... They have a ready , trusted , recommended transpos, if you need too..

TTài khoản kháchThe facilities were satisfactory. The food was acceptable. However, I was highly dissatisfied with the front desk service. I attempted an early check-in and was informed that the earliest I could check in was 3:00 PM. When I returned at approximately 3:10 PM, I was told I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes or until 4:00 PM because the room was not yet ready. As I was leaving, I observed the two front desk staff members, who appeared to be Hispanic, laughing loudly as I exited. I then waited in my car. Shortly thereafter, I noticed several other guests entering the building and being checked in. I returned to inquire again about my room, and the staff member appeared visibly upset by my return. She checked the availability of my room and, as a result, I was assigned the last room on the first floor, which felt like a punitive measure.
We checked out on Sunday, around 11:20 AM. I received a phone call asking if I planned to check out that day. I explained that no staff was present at the front desk to process our check-out, and since we had already returned the key card, we left it in the designated return box. The front desk staff should have verified the return box before calling. Overall, the customer service experience could have been significantly improved.

AAngelstar556So clean and so perfect! The breakfast in the morning is so fresh and so t get me started on those fluffy eggs! They even have a cute small pool and hot tub that bubbles up at night for the late swimmers and kids. The beds are fresh and so is the towels. Everything is clean. This hotel is more like a 5 star hotel not 4.

TTài khoản kháchThe front desk was helpful and friendly. I love the self serve beverages and fruit in the lobby. That was nice and unexpected. The hot breakfast was descent/good. Better than continental breakfast. The bed was ok but the bathroom smelled of urine the whole time we stayed there. There were tiny bugs crawling all around the tub. We couldn't open the safe and went to use the phone to call front desk then found out it did not work. Had to walk to the office to notify them which the maintenance guy came right way to open it. I love the location but overall the place is out dated and need major work. I was surprised there weren't any noise outside the room or other rooms around us considering the place was completely booked.

TTài khoản kháchWe stayed the weekend. However breakfast was only cereal, waffles, and muffins. Rooms were dirty behind furniture like nothing is moved to clean. There was spilled milk beside the fridge that was never cleaned from before. When checking out attendant did not want to engage. Stayed in a side room doing laundry rather than showing customer support. Just had us leave keys on counter and said we could go. Who does that? Not the best experience for sure.
