Lovely hotel! The hotel is 10 min walk from the old twon. Our room was very clean and spacious with great shower! The staff are incredibly polite, welcoming and friendly. The staff from cafe at the front went out of their way to get us vegan cake in the evening. The bar staff was lovely as well and drinks and food reasonably priced. The breakfast had good selection for anyone including nice vegan options. Definitely try the vegan strawberry cake, it was the breakfast highlight for us. As they are renovating spa we couldn't use the hotel ones (we will have to come back to try). They offered options nearby but we opted for a different place for our massages in the end. Overall great stay and we will definitely come back.

I was very disappointed with my stay. There was a strong and unpleasant smell of sewage in the rooms, which could also be detected from the hallway, even 10 meters away. I was on the 5th floor, and despite the hotel’s reputation, this was not what I expected. Additionally, loud music from a nearby bar or restaurant continued until midnight, making it very difficult to sleep. I had to keep the window open due to the smell, and so did my colleague in the neighboring room — but with nighttime temperatures around 8–9°C, the room was uncomfortably cold. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations for a hotel with such a good name.

Our stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room's amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing. The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. The place is ok for the price. I have stayed there twice, first time 2 single beds, second time in another section with a double bed. To me my room looked nicer and newer in the room with 2 single beds.

布加勒斯特，這座滿溢歷史感的城市，每一寸土地都藏着故事。而布庫爾21號經濟青旅，就像城市裡温馨的避風港，給旅途疲憊的我帶來滿滿慰藉。 前台小哥又帥氣又耐心，辦理入住時，詳細解答我各種問題，還貼心地給出遊玩建議，讓人好感倍增。衞生間和淋浴間空間寬敞，完全不用擔心侷促。公共空間歸置得井井有條，無論是閲讀、聊天還是休息，都十分愜意。更驚喜的是，若有早餐需求，還能品嚐到當地特色美食，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。 美中不足的是廚房面積較小，多人使用時略顯擁擠。要是能擴大廚房面積，那體驗簡直完美。另外，有的床可能是床墊不夠厚和硬，感覺可能在槓桿與槓桿之間會感覺到凹陷，會給睡眠造成或多或少的影響，希望店家能夠再優化一下，或是説賓客需要注意一下。 總體而言，布庫爾21號經濟青旅性價比超高。希望店家生意興隆，未來能不斷優化，給更多旅人帶來家一般的温暖！
