"The personal makes all the difference! They are the most caring people i have ever met! The hotel is in the modern area of Doha, with acces to beach or shops within walking distance. Very nicely situated, extremely good value for the area and what it offers. We had a studio which includes even a washing machine, a kitchenette and a ton of space. For a trip to the beach this place is top notch. Def recommend as its the best priced on the area."

As one of the largest hotels in Doha, it caters to a wide range of guests with its diverse accommodations—from cozy single rooms to spacious long-stay apartments—all designed with modern comforts in mind. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding range of facilities. The Olympic-sized swimming pool provided a refreshing retreat, perfect after a long day, and the fully equipped health club made it easy to maintain my fitness routine. Dining options were plentiful too, with a variety of international cuisines alongside local Arabic dishes, and I especially enjoyed the in-room dining experience offered by the hotel’s signature restaurant. What really set this hotel apart, however, was its exceptional service. The staff truly went above and beyond, offering personalized care and ensuring that every need was met with a smile. Their attention to detail made my stay not just comfortable, but memorable, and it was clear that their warm hospitality is a cornerstone of the hotel's reputation. Moreover, the location is a major advantage. "The receptionist, Man, surprised me with an upgraded two bedrooms flat while I was only booking one room. I was very happy for his kindness and compliment. "Right after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable"
