Clean and well-located, but AVOID the basement ‘double room’ The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location with friendly service. However, I stayed in the basement-level ‘double room’. It’s located at the front of the property, directly at street level, with two small windows facing the pavement — making it difficult to get fresh air or natural light, and quite noisy due to passing pedestrians and cars, even with the windows shut and earplugs in. The photos captures many of the other room types charming features, which can be misleading for the double room in basement. In this particular room, ventilation was poor due to its position, and a musty smell from the bathroom lingered throughout the space. Given the price of this ‘double room’, it’s better off booking elsewhere — somewhere less charming but more practical — OR booking the other room types I assume are upper-level room to avoid the drawbacks of this front-facing basement unit.

The FMO apartments was a great place. Basic cooking utensils provided Generally neat with all the basic amenities too The location is good too Accessing the city centre was very easy The images attached are just outside the apartment, taken at about 2:30am. I recommend this apartment.

The room smelled so strange upon entering, then we went to inspect the AC and could tell there was black mold accumulating in there. The sofa bed was not a sofa bed at all, but a rickety foldable springy mattress. It was so uncomfortable and so loud that I ultaimtely had to sleep on the day bed. Would NOT recommend staying here.

Hygiène irréprochable, chambre identique aux photos présentées. Personnel discret, serviable et très souriant. Concept original avec deux baignoires, charme portugais pour la décoration et lit ultra confortable de 2m Hôtel bien situé, au calme et à environ 15 minutes de marche des rues principales du centre ville de Porto. Les Uber sont plus que raisonnable niveau tarif si vous souhaitez économiser vos pieds 😃 Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel !

很有典雅葡萄牙風味，老奶奶不説英文，但行李寄存很負責。前台Adriano 微笑服務，特地滿足我們常住五天，要upgrade到三樓的請求。地點方便步行到所有景點。唯一稍有街對面裝修的吵聲，但4點後就下班安靜了

location is good, as metro station is just outside the hotel. parking is at basement, right next to the hotel block. no complimentary bottle of water, please bring your own bottle to fill up during breakfast. breakfast has not got much variety of food to choose from, basically 2 hot dishes and 2 kinds of veg, then bread….
