The facilities are beautiful, as is the view. The team in the restaurants were hospitable and did their jobs really well. It's in the center of Condado, so great restaurants nearby, and an easy Uber to Old SJ. The rooms & service there was different. We went with our son, so I booked a suite (as a splurge). When we got into our room, it was a wonderful room, but there were a series of maintenance issues. The phone didn't work. The table was uneven ( I used a thick wedge to stablize it). Curtain rods were broken. Additional smaller things. I talked to a person on our floor, they said they would fix it. It didn't get fixed. After 4 days I ran into a manager who asked about our stay. I told him, he took detailed notes. Nothing happened. Never got fixed. We were supposed to have butler service. The butler sent a text after we'd been there 4 days saying to let them know if we needed something. We never saw him/her. I suspect a normal room would be fine there. But pretty disappointing considering how the Commodore suite was marketed - I think we would have got better service at a chain hotel.

Its a very clean hotel with many places to eat within walking distance as well as a movie theater, grocery store, and pharmacy down the street. It has a nice restaurant and rooftop pool that is very relaxing. The room was clean and had an ice maker, large sink and refrigerator. The only things I would improve are the lighting in the rooms - its somewhat dim if you need to do some work - they only have lamps and one small accent light in the ceiling - at least in the room I was in. The bathroom sink in my room was very small- couldn't hold toothbrush, razor, etc on it like most sinks. Those are small inconveniences - overall it's a very nice place to stay, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the location was great.

This place has it all!  The shuttle was perfect. Breakfast is tasty. The pool…perfect.  The amount of things to do within walking distance…stop it.  I will for sure stay here again!

This is a refurbished Sheraton hotel. Everything is nearly refurbished, not lifts - dire!! Reception is on the 2nd floor which is bizarre and not sure why. The restaurant is pretentious and expensive, plenty of better dining options nearby. Room was nice but not worth the price paid. Not sure what boutique means but if it's fancy cushions and a limited coffee machine you're after, this applies. Hotel is in a weird triangular shape and hard to navigate(loads of dead ends). PR is not cheap, and this hotel is in a great harbour location in old San Juan, however in my opinion very overpriced. Breakfast was OK but spoilt by unnecessary staff grovelling with coffees and orange juice. If I can pick up a plate, I could help myself to the above. Signing a piece of paper to say we are having breakfast, when we have been checked in, 2 or 3 forms/lists checked and then shown to our table is OTT and unnecessary. Unlike to return or recommend.

First of all an authorization for $5000.00+ was placed on mycredit card. LaConcha admitted their error and removed it. Secondly the shower was extremely difficult to operate. Maintainance demonstrated it, but it was totally unacceptable. Our security safe froze on us at a very inconvient and was repaired. We would not stay there in the future

We stayed at the Courtyard San Juan Miramar for 6 nights with our baby. Overall, it was a good experience and staff were all friendly. Having two good restaurants downstairs was convenient, even though we only went to the Comedor. There were a few good restaurants in the vicinity including the Ceviche Market which we enjoyed every meal we ordered, and the La Hacienda Meat Center just at the kitty corner of hotel with good coffee, desserts, and ready-to-eat food. I really would have liked to use the pool but the location was not comfortable as it was right outside the Comedor's and visible to everyone in the restaurant. I wish we would have been told that there are laundry machines in the basement we could use so I didn't have to go half an hour away.

Great location. A number of restaurants around. The beach is across the street, valet parking $30 per day. Full breakfast with a variety of scrambled eggs and beacons. Free coffee and complementary biscuits throughout the day at the lobby as well as refreshing ice cold lemon (fruit) water. I really recommend it for a beach vacation. There is a Walgreens around the corner for a cheaper than in bar liquors

We were a little reticent about our choice having read some of the TripAdvisor reviews however we were exceptionally pleasantly surprised. Not only was our check-in available when we arrived at the hotel ahead of time but the room was well appointed, clean and really comfortable. The pool area as well kept and well attended, same with the adjacent Private beach area as well. There were free to use loungers and umbrellas down on the beach area which is a really lovely sheltered Cove and perfect for swimming and snorkelling.  There are some areas of the exterior of the property which could benefit from some attention but this is on the exterior of the building itself and in no way impacts on the fab stay experience. Fantastic value and a great experience. 100pc recommend and we would love to return with our kids.
