TTiya17Overall, my stay was pleasant. Although there was a slight hiccup with my room booking that delayed my check-in, I appreciated the efforts from both the hotel reception (especially Jordan) and Trip’s representative (Nico) in resolving the matter promptly. The room itself was fairly basic, but the superb location and delicious breakfast more than made up for it. I would definitely consider returning and staying again with Clarion Hotels

TTài khoản kháchThey located very close to the central train station of Oslo, has very nice front desk officers. They provide towels, shampoos and body washes. They have heat warmer for used towels for reusing. The facilities are relatively old which some of the facilities are aged.

KKalonaVị trí tốt khoảng 5 phút đi bộ từ ga Oslo S. Các khâu ăn sáng đã đủ tốt. Không có dọn dẹp cho kỳ nghỉ ngắn ngày, nhưng khăn tắm tươi hàng ngày được cung cấp. Kích thước phòng đủ thoải mái, với một số móc Phòng quá tối mặc dù, không đủ ánh sáng. Mỗi người chỉ có 1 gối, hơi quá mềm.

KKinniFrom the hotel it's easy to walk to some of the main tourist attractions and main streets with many supermarkets and convenience stores around. Our twin room was a little small and didn't have a kettle or fridge, otherwise it was nice and quiet and I slept very well. (A kettle and fridge plus microwave and laundry facilities were available in a shared/public space in the hotel)

EEdward CurtainGreat first hotel to arrive to in Norway. Very simple and efficient check-in in the late evening. The location is very central to train station, shopping street and restaurants. Would recommend and certainly happy to stay here again.

TTài khoản kháchTruly one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well accommodated and comfortable throughout. When we arrived at the hotel it was 11AM, so I mentioned to the front desk staff that I know it was far too early for us to receive our room (check in is typically at 3PM) and that we would like to simply drop off our bags. Without any special requests, the front desk staff immediately prepared our room keys of us to check in right away, which was hugely appreciated since we had caught a very early morning flight in. We loved the room. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, although a bit tight but that's what we expected for hotel rooms in Europe. The bathroom was well fitted and had all the basic toiletries required (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), however we hoped to have body lotion as well, so we asked housekeeping whether any was available and they immediately brought 3 LARGE bottles for each of us to use. I have never seen such massive toiletries and in such generous quantities supplied at any hotel before, which again made us feel very well taken care of. Finally on our check out day our flight was not until 6PM and since checkout is typically at 11AM I requested for just a 1 hr extension. Although they were very busy for it being the beginning of summer holidays, without any hesitation the front desk staff extended our checkout time to 3PM. I was once again very pleasantly surprised and appreciative. My last note is to touch on the complimentary tea and coffee always available in the lobby, as well as the fabulous buffet breakfast they served. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!
