A very nice hotel, great location and access, room felt cozy, jacuzzi was kind of a highlight, it could've been cleaner though. Fridge was a little dirty and one of the mugs had coffee residue, which was kind of gross honestly. Water cooker still had some water inside.

With a last minute decision to visit Rotterdam with my son, we chanced upon Art Hotel. Modestly priced and right next to Maashaven, it took less than 10 minutes to reach from Rotterdam Centraal. Even we arrived late after 10pm, there was nothing to worry about as the hotel is right next to the Metro station and brightly lit! The reception was fabulously served by Nadia who upgraded us to a 4 bedder in 2 rooms. Room was clean, set at the right temperature and shower was hot and at the right pressure. Nothing to complain about!

Excellent and quiet location, around 5 minutes walk to the rotterdam central station, easy check in and out and friendly staff and they even offered to take our luggage to room, shame no lift and the lift is for staff used only, pillows were too soft and okay bed, had free coffee and tea every morning however it seems they didn't refill them - once they were gone they were gone which was a shame as it depends how much guests on the day. Okay shower.

Even though the staff was friendly, the inside of the hotel was a little dated, while well maintained. An absolute dealbreaker was the (not ordered!) wakeup-call at 7 am with an incredibly loud room telephone. The room Service not responding to calling ”not needed” and still entering in the early morning was also not nice. For the money paid I expected more, though might also just been unlucky circumstances.

The location of the hotel is excellent and it is generally clean. But I was quite surprised that they have no towels to provide on the second night. And every towel got hair in it which should not be expected.

Từ ga Central Rotterdam, đi bộ khoảng 15-20 phút là đến nơi; gần đó có khu phố Tàu với rất nhiều nhà hàng. Ký túc xá nữ nằm ở tầng 3, có phòng 4 giường (có cửa sổ) và phòng 2 giường (không có cửa sổ). Các phòng khá chật chội, chỉ có giường tầng. Có ổ cắm sạc cạnh giường. Mỗi tầng có hai nhà vệ sinh và hai phòng tắm dùng chung. Nhược điểm duy nhất là cầu thang dài và dốc, khá khó khăn khi mang theo hành lý.

Đáng giá tiền, chỉ ở đây qua đêm nên lý tưởng, phòng không có chỗ để đồ, không có tủ khóa nhưng bạn có thể cất đồ phía sau quầy lễ tân nếu cần, tôi không đến đó cho đến 11 giờ tối nên chỉ cần đặt túi bên cạnh đầu vì dù sao tôi cũng dậy sớm nhưng không tiện nếu ở lại lâu hơn thế.

We stayed at Le Marin Boutique Hotel during our trip to Rotterdam. While the hotel is not far from Rotterdam Centraal, first-time visitors should plan their route in advance. We initially followed Apple Maps, which led us on a longer path, but there's actually a more direct route. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful environment. We appreciated the spaciousness of our room, which provided a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. The decor is stylish, with a marine theme and dark tones that add a cozy ambiance. However, some guests have noted that rooms can feel smaller than expected, and the dark interior may not appeal to everyone. Additionally, sound insulation between rooms could be improved, as footsteps from upstairs can be heard. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with a variety of options, though some guests felt it lacked certain basics. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location makes it convenient to explore the city. Overall, Le Marin Boutique Hotel provides a comfortable stay with a unique atmosphere, suitable for travelers seeking a tranquil environment close to the city's attractions.

Location is exceptional - just outside Markthal and a 5 min walk from the harbours. 20 second walk from Rotterdam Blaak Train and Metro Station. You do get what you pay for however - rooms are VERY small (as depicted). There is a Shared “kitchen” area with tea / coffee also there. Our shower didnt drain properly and so anything longer than 5 mins flooded the hotel room lol. Also no privacy in the bathroom - no lock and its frosted glass so be wise who you share it with! Only had 2 flat pillows for a double bed so that was a bit meh. Also a draft in the window so being December it was quite cold. AC / heating didn’t work either. TV worked with Netflix and Youtube, and you could stream from your phone but this was a bit temperamental. Reception were kind but seemed a little unorganised / unsure about things. Would defo come here again however for a budget stay in the city, the location is absolutely unbeatable :
