A very nice hotel, great location and access, room felt cozy, jacuzzi was kind of a highlight, it could've been cleaner though. Fridge was a little dirty and one of the mugs had coffee residue, which was kind of gross honestly. Water cooker still had some water inside.

Even though the staff was friendly, the inside of the hotel was a little dated, while well maintained. An absolute dealbreaker was the (not ordered!) wakeup-call at 7 am with an incredibly loud room telephone. The room Service not responding to calling ”not needed” and still entering in the early morning was also not nice. For the money paid I expected more, though might also just been unlucky circumstances.

Nice hotel, good location. We rented a suite for a combined business and pleasure trip. Hotel is rights above a supermarket. Be careful!! Supermarket delivery trucks keep you from sleeping at night. Also Internet connection not working. Strongly recommend to not stay here. At least not when you are expecting a good night sleep.....Only poor excuse was offered. Friendly staff, just noisy rooms. Stay away!

With a last minute decision to visit Rotterdam with my son, we chanced upon Art Hotel. Modestly priced and right next to Maashaven, it took less than 10 minutes to reach from Rotterdam Centraal. Even we arrived late after 10pm, there was nothing to worry about as the hotel is right next to the Metro station and brightly lit! The reception was fabulously served by Nadia who upgraded us to a 4 bedder in 2 rooms. Room was clean, set at the right temperature and shower was hot and at the right pressure. Nothing to complain about!

Tôi đặt phòng ở nhà nghỉ này gần ga Central để bắt xe buýt Flixbus đến sân bay Brussels lúc 4:50 sáng. Có vẻ như nhà nghỉ mới mở vì không có nhiều khách. Từ ga Central Rotterdam, đi bộ khoảng 15-20 phút là đến nơi; gần đó có khu phố Tàu với rất nhiều nhà hàng. Ký túc xá nữ nằm ở tầng 3, có phòng 4 giường (có cửa sổ) và phòng 2 giường (không có cửa sổ). Các phòng khá chật chội, chỉ có giường tầng. Có ổ cắm sạc cạnh giường. Mỗi tầng có hai nhà vệ sinh và hai phòng tắm dùng chung. Nhược điểm duy nhất là cầu thang dài và dốc, khá khó khăn khi mang theo hành lý.

It's within walking distance to Chinatown, where you can find various dining and shopping options. We appreciated the spaciousness of our room, which provided a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. The decor is stylish, with a marine theme and dark tones that add a cozy ambiance. However, some guests have noted that rooms can feel smaller than expected, and the dark interior may not appeal to everyone. Additionally, sound insulation between rooms could be improved, as footsteps from upstairs can be heard. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with a variety of options, though some guests felt it lacked certain basics. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location makes it convenient to explore the city. Overall, Le Marin Boutique Hotel provides a comfortable stay with a unique atmosphere, suitable for travelers seeking a tranquil environment close to the city's attractions.

Đáng giá tiền, chỉ ở đây qua đêm nên lý tưởng, phòng không có chỗ để đồ, không có tủ khóa nhưng bạn có thể cất đồ phía sau quầy lễ tân nếu cần, tôi không đến đó cho đến 11 giờ tối nên chỉ cần đặt túi bên cạnh đầu vì dù sao tôi cũng dậy sớm nhưng không tiện nếu ở lại lâu hơn thế.

Long wait just to check-in, there was merely one person working the front desk. . Friendly receptionist though. There were no choices except a room without a window. It is located in a dungeon-like, secluded part of the hotel building. The exhaust fan keeps running the entire time and becomes a nuisance at night. There is a stench inside the room and the corridoor was even worse. The world hydrogen summit and exhibition was in town and I ran out of options, otherwise, I would have chosen another premise.
