Our recent stay at Palm Suite was a pleasant and straightforward experience. The standout feature was definitely the front desk service—the staff were consistently friendly, efficient, and helpful throughout our check-in and stay, which always makes a trip nicer. The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable for the price. It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit and felt like a good home base. The location is a major plus. Being close to a McDonald’s was unexpectedly handy for a quick, reliable breakfast or a late-night snack. The surrounding area in Tanjong Tokong has plenty of other dining and convenience options within easy reach. A small point to note is that the property does not have covered roof parking. While we found parking, it's something to be aware of if you're traveling with a car, especially during rainy weather. N no lift to 2nd floor In the bathroom, we noticed the jacuzzi jet function in the bathtub could use an upgrade, as it wasn't operating at full power. That said, the bath itself was perfectly fine for a relaxing soak, so it wasn't a big issue for us—just something the management might look into for future updates. Overall, I’m not complaining! Palm Suite delivers solid value: it's comfortable, well-located, and backed by great service. It’s an excellent choice for a practical, no-fuss stay in Penang. even there is no reception or lobby to check in but there will be CHECK-IN GUIDELINE and VIDEO provided to refer to. So there is no any problem to check in and check out.

My second stay here and I really love this place. Spacious appartment with beautiful view and all amenities incl washing machine and dryer. Very pleasant to have spacious terrace with such a nice view, loved to sit here. Short distance to Georgetown (10 min by Grab or there is also a bus in front of the buidling). They also have a the 'spread cafetaria' where you can eat a delicious breakfast. I will defenitily come back here.

The mattresses are a sunken-in, meaning it needs to be replaced with new ones. . Not good for the backbone. Furthermore it was noisy upstairs (above floor) even though it’s past 1.00am.

Nice environment and great location. The room are big and comfortable. Great place for friend and family gather and stay.

The rooms are huge. Suitable for big group of families. There are four balcony in total. The view of balcony is better than others. So far so good.

Some of the lifts are out of order some time forcing us to wait up to 40mins during peak hours just to get on an elevator. The unit is spacious and is equipped with a washing machine. Quite convenient but lacks detergent. This we had to buy or bring our own. There's hot shower but two of the lights inside the room do not work rendering the room very dark at night. The AC remote didn't work because the batteries are already dead. One unit of parking space was provided for us. The two beds are huge! Three kids could sleep comfortably on one of the beds.

Check in process was painful without any pre instruction given, only knew need to call agent to make deposit payment from front counter during check in, but having difficulty to call agent, because agent only pick up call after many many calls. The whole check in process took more than an hour 😡👎
