I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Penang Marjorie Hotel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The standout feature of my stay was undoubtedly the kindness of the staff. Every interaction was marked by warmth and attentiveness, making me feel truly welcomed. The room itself was another highlight. It was spacious, well-appointed, and provided a comfortable haven to relax after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities enhanced my overall experience. However, I did encounter some challenges during my stay. The elevator system was somewhat confusing, especially when trying to navigate to the 4th-floor car park. It often required multiple trips between our floor and the lobby. Additionally, I noticed the elevator lights would occasionally illuminate without actually moving, which added to the confusion. Another area for improvement is the pool service. I attempted to reach out via WhatsApp to request service, but unfortunately, I never received a response. This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as I had hoped for a more seamless experience while enjoying the pool area. In summary, while my stay at the Iconic Marjorie Hotel was enjoyable thanks to the wonderful staff and lovely room, I hope they can address the elevator issues and improve pool service for a smoother experience in the future. I would still recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Penang!

I recently stayed at the Olive Tree Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. My room was spacious, modern, and—most importantly—spotlessly clean. I really appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability without compromising on comfort. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the location is perfect, with easy access to the SPICE Convention Centre and local eateries. Definitely my go-to choice in Penang!

Location was far from the main pays of town. Very close to the airport like 15 minutes with no traffic. Service was top tier. Choice of restaurants were subpar, we used grab for alot of our dinner choices. Food at the hotel was not great. Overall 3.5/5

Ưu điểm: Tiện nghi trong phòng tốt. Áp lực nước trong phòng tắm cao và rất tốt. Con trai tôi rất thích tắm bồn. Cảm ơn khách sạn đã chuẩn bị bánh sinh nhật vì tôi đã nói rõ mục đích tôi ở khách sạn là để mừng sinh nhật con trai và chồng tôi. Có một quầy hải sản Trung Quốc tên là Haoyou với giá cả hợp lý và đồ ăn ngon. Quầy hàng nằm n*** dưới khách sạn. Nhược điểm: Phải xếp hàng dài chờ thang máy trong giờ trả phòng. Tôi đã phải chờ 20 phút. Khu vực chờ không có máy lạnh và rất nóng khiến tình trạng chờ đợi trở nên tồi tệ hơn.

Parking is ample inside the hotel, so no worries if you’re driving. Check-in and check-out were smooth. On the downside, the room has taped flooring, which makes it look a bit questionable and ugly 🤔 After check-in, we had to wait for towels until 7 PM, which I’ve never experienced at other hotels.🥲 The room was adequately equipped with an iron, ironing board, and smart TV. The pool was great,kids will definitely enjoy it. Overall, it was just okay.Nothing much.

As we entered the unit at 9.00 pm due to last minute bookings, the unit was clean and tidy. Even though the hall's air conditioning is sweezing but well functioning. Overall, we are happy for the stay and very highly recommended for family or friends with 3-6 person as they provide 2 single beds, 1 double decker and 1 queen bed. Ample space at hall attached with the dining table. Further more, the unit located at the very next elevators, less worrying when we get in and out at night especially. Easy to get various foods and basic stuff and there are clinics and self-laundry down stairs. We will surely looking forward for the next visit.

Just passable. It is quite pricey for the room's condition. Near to Setia Spice Convention Centre, surrounding restaurants are not muslim friendly. Parking is very expansive. Parked for few minutes only, but had to pay RM4. There is only 1 water filter at the lobby, and had to come down from my room just to get hot/cold water. Room was smelly, towels were dirty( got stains on them) and some are torn. The aircond has smokey smell.
