This was my first stay at Sanu Niseko. Although it was a short one night stay, I was very happy with the experience. The property was extremely well designed, amenitized, and fitted out. Although the space was not very big, it was right sized and very comfortable. The various appliances and equipment (sound, video projector) were great touches and set up the visitor for a full experience. This was not just a hotel or villa property, but a getaway resort experience, or glamping plus plus. Everything worked, and was designed and placed logically. The sauna arrangement was perfect, and the skylights a delightful addition. I look forward to returning with my family.

Rất tiện lợi nếu bạn dự định trượt tuyết ở Niseko, thực đơn bữa tối tuyệt vời và phòng chờ tuyệt vời với lò sưởi và rượu vang miễn phí. Bữa sáng kiểu Nhật không có lựa chọn nào khác, nhân viên thân thiện nhưng gọi taxi là nhiệm vụ bất khả thi và mọi người khá thờ ơ với khách, kiểu như không có taxi và đó không phải là vấn đề của chúng tôi. Ở một khách sạn đắt đỏ như thế này, dù thích hay không thì đó cũng là vấn đề của bạn.

I had a very nice stay here in winter. The snow was heavy and covered the cottage. It is so beautiful. They provide good amenities include the heater and kitchen. But the location was not ideal for public transportation. The nearest bus stop is 1.2km from the cottage -Fujiyama ( bus to Niseko station or any ski resort). However GoTaxi apps are available to save you. And the nearest convenient store 7E is about 1.7km from the cottage. I love to stay here and hopes to coming back next time. And from the cottage you will see a very nice view of Mount Yotei as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Niseko Grand Hotel! My friend and I truly enjoyed our time there. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel's own hot springs — absolutely amazing. There are both female-only and mixed-gender areas, which was a great option to have. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. In fact, staying here felt more like being at a countryside residence than at a hotel — warm, peaceful, and cozy, just like home. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Niseko — and we hope we will! We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room, which made the experience even more special. Yukata and yuami (bathing suit) were also provided. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to the ski slopes regularly, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy the mountains. On the day of our departure, the hotel’s driver kindly took us to the nearest train station. Another standout was the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Asian and Western cuisine, and the selection was impressive for both breakfast and dinner. We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us. Highly recommend this place!

Khu nghỉ dưỡng Niseko Higashiyama, Khu bảo tồn Ritz-Carlton Tôi vừa hoàn thành một chuyến đi Nhật Bản mười ngày nữa, sau năm năm tôi lại đến Hokkaido, mỗi lần phải tìm một hành trình mới để thử, lần này tôi chọn Niseko. Vì nằm sâu trong núi nên để tránh rắc rối nên chúng tôi trực tiếp đặt khách sạn và hai bữa ăn, khách sạn suối nước nóng rất bình dân nhưng đây là lần đầu tiên có khách sạn năm sao. Tôi đã đặt trước spa cho vợ nhưng chỉ có vào buổi trưa ngày nhận phòng, khách sạn rất ân cần cho tôi nhận phòng sớm, như vậy tôi đã tốn hai mươi bốn giờ sạc đầy cho chuyến đi tiếp theo.

Tôi đã ở lại 2 đêm để tham gia chuyến đi trượt tuyết. Dịch vụ đưa đón miễn phí của khách sạn đến 2 khu trượt tuyết là rất cần thiết. Bữa sáng buffet rất tuyệt vời cùng với tầm nhìn ra rừng. Bữa tối buffet là một lựa chọn thay thế tốt cho việc di chuyển đến các điểm ăn uống ở trung tâm Niseko. Nhân viên khách sạn rất nhiệt tình tư vấn về các phương tiện di chuyển trong trường hợp bão tuyết và thường xuyên cập nhật tình hình. Rất khuyến khích!

滑進滑出的酒店，非常方便，這家滑雪酒店真是無可挑剔！從抵達的那一刻起，工作人員的熱情接待就讓人倍感温馨。酒店位置極佳，出門就是滑雪場，方便極了。房間寬敞舒適，窗外就是壯麗的雪山景色，彷彿置身童話世界。設施齊全，温泉、健身房一應俱全，滑雪後泡個温泉簡直是極致享受。餐廳的美食也令人驚艷，既有當地特色，又有國際風味，每一餐都讓人回味無窮。無論是服務、環境還是體驗，這家酒店都堪稱完美，絕對是滑雪愛好者的天堂！

Goshiki is a skiers dream come true!!! Ideally located outside of niseko’s high traffic and a step off the stairs away from skinning up a the mountain from Giving it moderate ratings is only because it’s an older structure with minimal maintenance,…. Rooms were very nice and clean and the waters are rich in minerals. Staying here allows for exclusive 24hr onsen access. Pools get busy after 3-7pm when skiers are finishing up their day,… Go enjoy its traditional rustic building while they’re standing. Seems like within 5-10 years it will be developed and owned by a foreign tycoon! Bring your own food,,.. vending machines have beer only,…
