Attentive service and excellent location. The hotel is located on the 5F floor of a shopping mall, which is 1 min away from Shinkansen, train and tram station. We were glad that it was so close to the station as we arrived at late night. Walkable distance to the famous Starbucks and also museums. Convenient for shopping and food hunting. There is also a small supermarket on the 1st floor.

My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Toyama was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very well maintained. Its location is extremely convenient, only a few minutes’ walk from Toyama Station, which made traveling around the city and nearby areas very easy. The room was thoughtfully designed, clean, and comfortable. Despite being in the city center, it was quiet at night and I had a very good rest. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable after a long day of traveling. The service was also outstanding. The staff were polite, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and the signature warm DoubleTree cookie on arrival was a lovely touch that made the experience even more memorable. Overall, this is a great hotel choice in Toyama. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Toyoko Inn never failed me. Good location, the train station is just within 5mins walking distance. F&B is below and nearby there's many. The famous ramenya and Toyama sushi shop is just at next street. Cleanliness is good for 3 stars hotel. Have a small good view from the side to see the Tateyama Alps. with this price we get breakfast as well which is worth! Check-in n out is easy, and have people to help you. Room is consider spacious. Will consider this hotel again for my next visit.

This is the place to stay if you want to visit Tateyama Kurobe Alpine route and Shirakawago from Toyama because the stations are located right outside/next to this hotel. Hotel is strategically located within the same block as shopping complex with easy access to eateries and grocery shopping. Also within walking distance to Toyama Glass Art Museum and the castle ruin. They also provide massage chair at reception floor that is free of charge to hotel guests. Also comes with coin operated washer and dryer. Highly recommended.
