Các khách sạn ở gần Khu trượt tuyết Iwappara, Yuzawa

Toàn bộ khách sạn đều sạch sẽ, phòng rộng rãi và mới, cách Ga JR Echigo Yuzawa khoảng 5 phút đi bộ. Sự hiếu khách của nhân viên vừa phải. Tất cả các bữa ăn đều sử dụng nguyên liệu địa phương và có kèm theo nhiều hình ảnh minh họa giới thiệu do nhân viên vẽ. Trong thời gian tôi ở đây, đúng vào ngày sinh nhật mẹ tôi, khách sạn đã viết một tấm thiệp chúc mừng và tặng bà một chai rượu sake. Suối nước nóng sẽ được luân phiên giữa nam và nữ theo thời gian. Cá nhân tôi thấy phong cảnh của suối nước nóng nam đẹp hơn vào ban đêm. Nhân viên nhớ họ của mọi khách hàng khi nhận phòng, đây có thể là lợi thế của những khách sạn nhỏ. Tôi đã có một cuộc trò chuyện tuyệt vời với một chị người Nhật trong khi tắm suối nước nóng. Chúng tôi cũng trò chuyện ở hành lang khi gặp nhau vào ngày hôm sau. Khi tôi trả phòng, nhân viên hỏi tôi có phải là bạn của cô XX không. Có một tập như vậy.

The best stay ever with exceptional service and super gorgeous room + private onsen. We enjoyed a complimentary welcome drink and dessert before they showed us to our room. The loft style japanese room was stunning, decorated with tasteful details. The best part was of course the onsen, we could watch snow as we enjoyed the soak. There was also a massage chair in the room haha. The breakfast that we added on was really delicious too. The hotel provides pick up service to and fro train stations nearby, make sure to check with them prior to your arrival. Something that warms our hearts is their quality service, e.g. they would warm our shoes before we head out as it was snowing outside etc. Location wise, it's very near to Gala Yuzawa station. However, I think most restaurants are closer to Echigo Yuzawa station. So we would take a short walk there every night for dinner instead.

Hotel sits right next to Ichigo Yuzawa, super convenience to commute. Facilities are good. Ski rental is right in the hotel with a private transfer to ski resort.

Nice place near Naeba ski resort – short walk to the slopes.
The married couple who run it are very friendly and helpful. They gave free pick-up and drop-off, which was awesome.
Loved the tatami room – super comfy and cozy.
Would definitely stay again if I come back to Naeba! (5 stars)

I’m giving my honest opinion. This is my first unsatisfied review for a hotel room. I was very disappointed by the room for the price I paid. I paid more for this room than what I paid for luxury upscaled room near Tokyo Disney. The photos online were very deceiving. When I entered my room, it was gross, i cringed, and my toes curled. I didn’t want to put my belongings down. The carpet was old and disgusting. The pull out couch bed was gross. There were stains on the couch back rest and the mattress. The sheet for the mattress was too small it didn’t cover the stained mattress. The beds were hard and didn’t feel clean. The shower curtain had a bad odor. The room was very dated. Since this hotel is pretty secluded and other hotels were booked we had to make do. I’m glad we only stayed one night. On a better note, the staff were very friendly and service was great. Location for skiing was amazing, and the free shuttle bus was fabulous. Naeba Prince Hotel really need to do better with their rooms. I was looking forward to bringing my entire family of 14 to stay a few nights next year, but after seeing the rooms, I will not stay here again unless they renovate their rooms which are in dire need of upgrades.
