The location is amazing, 5min walk to the highspeed railway platform, and also access to all stores and restaurants in the statio. The room is clean, not so small, and quiet.

Very happy I chose this hotel, location within minutes from Hiroshima Station and diagonally across the intersection from a big supermarket YouMe. The room layout is spacious and seems recently renovated. Amenities are good and the public bath was absolutely amazing.

Initially we booked the wrong night by mistake. I immediately had sent letter to the host, just 2 minutes after that mistake. And at first, host said, that they would refund without any problems, but after that he turned down our ask for refund and offered only date change, which was the problem, because the price was 2.5x more on the dates, that we needed and we would never stay at the place so expensive. In the end we had to make additional payment to stay for only one night, just to not loose the first money transfer. And host refused to talk about why he changed his initial position and what is wrong with the refund 2 months prior to the stay. Even that we had assured him, that it was really a mistake (confused ”mar” and ”may” in the app) and sent him our plane tickets,. He also told us, that he can't give us refund, because he prepared the room and because of the booking he couldn't rent room to another person and lost money, which I find highly unlike, since the first response from him was very quick and the wrong booking was made 2 hours before midnight, so it's very unlikely, that someone else would rent it. Overall, I don't think that it could be considered as hospitality. The place itself is nice, if booked for an appropriate price. Don't expect luxury, but a simple, spacious room with a balcony and a view on the road and trees.

Khách sạn rất đẹp nằm ở trung tâm Hiroshima, rất gần Dome và một số trung tâm mua sắm/nhà hàng. Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và có tầm nhìn tuyệt đẹp. Mặc dù tôi có phòng hút thuốc, tôi không ngửi thấy mùi khói thuốc nào cả, đây là một điểm cộng lớn. Nhân viên cũng rất thân thiện. Rất đáng để giới thiệu!

The room was very clean but the set up was very awkward with a sink in the bedroom and the shower and toilet separate. It was quite a long walk from Hiroshima station. Closest transport was a tram which isn't covered by JR pass so I ended up paying extra to get to and from the station. You had to collect your own toiletries from reception. Was ok for a night stay but wouldn't stay longer than that as no space to even store a suitcase and had to leave it by the door.

Họ thậm chí còn cung cấp cả khăn trải giường Nhật Bản để mặc trong suốt thời gian lưu trú! Khách sạn rất sạch sẽ và được trang bị đầy đủ mọi thứ bạn cần. Thứ duy nhất còn thiếu trong bếp là ấm đun nước! Nhưng tôi sẽ không trừ một sao nào trong đánh giá của mình! Tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây khi đến Hiroshima lần sau! Cảm ơn vì trải nghiệm tuyệt vời!

Khi tôi gửi hành lý vào buổi sáng, nhân viên đã ân cần cung cấp cho tôi bản đồ khu vực và lịch trình xe buýt. Khi tôi nhận phòng vào buổi tối, họ nói với tôi, ”Chúng tôi có một lá thư dành cho bạn từ người đã nhận phòng trước đó,” và họ thậm chí còn tặng tôi một chiếc đánh dấu sách rất xinh xắn. Tôi đi bộ một mình ở một nơi xa lạ, nhưng lòng tốt của nhân viên đã giúp tôi cảm thấy thoải mái và cho phép tôi tận hưởng việc tham quan. Thực đơn bữa sáng có nhiều món ăn đặc trưng của Hiroshima, và tôi đặc biệt vui mừng khi thấy thương hiệu sữa chua nổi tiếng địa phương, Chichiyasu. Khách sạn này xuất sắc không chỉ về cơ sở vật chất mà còn về dịch vụ. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ ở lại đây một lần nữa khi đến Hiroshima.

Good budget hotel , unfortunately window facing a wall so room in darkness, they did change me but to a smoking room, not great but a decent hotel and well priced, staff can't speak English

I had a great stay at this hostel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was perfect It felt relaxed from the moment I arrived. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!
