"I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door. Checking in was very smooth with the help of the manager in the front (Laura). We were easily checked in and escorted upstairs to our room within a matter of minutes. Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour. It is beautiful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. The food was delicious. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer. While traveling, it can be hard to stay healthy so that juicer was very nice. The room was well air conditioned. It was well kept. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job keeping the room tidy. It was nice coming back to a cool room. Also, I forget the name of the young lady bartender... she was very nice and accommodating. The front desk even helped call the taxis when necessary since we're not from there. The lobby was also a nice place just to relax and cool down while waiting for a ride or just lounging. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again."

"Absolutely loved my stay at aparto Florence Manifattura! The modern apartments are spacious, clean, and super comfy—perfect for a short or long trip. Location is spot-on, just a quick tram ride from the city center and close to cool spots like the Cascine Park. Staff were friendly and helpful, checking us in smoothly and even giving tips on local eats. Facilities like the gym, laundry, and communal kitchen made everything easy. Felt right at home in Florence—highly recommend! 5 stars"

"Absolutely fantastic concept around the Social Hub. Great location just a short walk from both the Railway station and the city cultural centre. Tram stop across the road with a direct service to both the Station (2 Stops) and to the Airport Terminal (20 Mins). Fantastic staff. I will look for Social Hubs now wherever I stay."

"The hotel was clean but very dated. Even the doors were opened with traditional keys. The bed sheets were clean. Ms. Deniz at the reception was extremely attentive and friendly. However, the hotel was far from the main attractions and the bus terminal. Although they mentioned having luggage storage, the lockers didn't have locks, so we didn't feel comfortable using them and left our suitcases at the reception instead. The breakfast was good."
