The hotel was great for its hospitality and the facilities. The breakfast was also nice with variety of Indian foods. I will definitely come back here next time I come to Varanasi,

Một phòng có tầm nhìn ra bến sông? Gần như vậy: nếu bạn nghiêng người và nheo mắt thật kỹ, bạn có thể thấy bờ sông Hằng giữa những sợi dây điện và quần áo phơi của người bên cạnh. Vòi sen hơi khó dùng: hoặc nước lạnh hoặc nước sôi như thể chính thần Shiva đã vặn van vậy. Internet? Có. Chỉ là không phải của chúng tôi thôi. Nhân viên rất thân thiện! Đặc biệt là anh chàng ở quầy lễ tân, người liên tục ngủ nhưng lại nói là đang thiền định về việc đặt phòng. Nhưng từ ban công, bạn có thể nghe thấy tiếng tụng kinh, tiếng khỉ kêu và tiếng bíp thiêng liêng—một bản giao hưởng của Varanasi. Tóm lại: nếu bạn tìm kiếm sự thoải mái, hãy đến một ashram (tu viện). Nhưng nếu bạn tìm kiếm sự phiêu lưu, đây là nơi dành cho bạn. Chúng tôi đã ra về với những con người khác biệt. Có lẽ là do nước.

（良いところ） ロビーが綺麗で素晴らしい スタッフの対応、身なり、サービスが良い 15時チェックインのところ12時に行っても普通にチェックインできた レストランが綺麗 ベッドがふかふかで寝やすい ラウンドリーサービス良し プールはそれなりに綺麗。泳げないレベルではない。 朝ごはんビュッフェのメニューが毎日？変わる。2泊したけど変わってて良かった。 （悪いところ） 友人のイヤホンが部屋で失くなったが見つからなかった。チェックアウト後2時間程度なのに… ドライヤーが古い 日中は工事の騒音が酷い 時々停電する（1分くらいで復旧するが頻度が高い…） ホテル内施設（屋上、ラウンジなど）所々行き届いていないところがある 全体的に古く、寂れている感じがある。 窓からの景色がよくない（周りの廃墟など） 朝ごはんのパンがマズい（クロワッサン、ドーナツなど）改善すべき。

Hotel Location was good, only draw back is that the vehicle will not come till the hotel since the hotel is near the Ghat but it's very close to Vishwanath temple, manikarnika ghat, Vishalakshi temple, Kaal Bhairav etc are walkable distance. At present Lift is not available but they have started fabirication work may be within a month it will be ready. Staff like Mr. Rajesh and other House keeping guys are very polite, supportive except One Mr. Santhosh is very rude and arrogant to the guests , My request to Alka Hotel Management to train him how to behave with the guests. tried to post his photo but unfortunately couldn't post. The overall experience was very good with small nonsense germs like Santosh. Thanks

Overall good. Located on main road towards Kashi Vishwanath temple (around 1 km). Food was good, home type. Basic amenities, good enough. We received good services. All staff were kind, polite & very helpful especially Mr Ashish who guided us properly throughout our stay there. There is a scope of improvement in maintaining cleanliness. However, overall it was okay as we had visited during busy days. Prices are bit high was due to the auspicious time.

Hotel is good with all amenities near by But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy. After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need . Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food . Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃  Finally guys ( red)
