Tôi khá ngạc nhiên với kích thước của căn phòng. Mặc dù đó chỉ là phòng Deluxe. Thật không may, không có ghế sofa hoặc ghế phụ trong phòng phù hợp với kích thước của căn phòng. Mùi thơm của khách sạn êm dịu. Tuyệt vời. Đồng ý với nhân viên lễ tân tên là Audrey. Cô ấy đã kiểm tra kinh nghiệm tốt hơn đồng nghiệp của mình. Muốn giới thiệu những người khác ở lại đó và chắc chắn sẽ trở lại.

Room Change at Midnight, Poor Sleep I had to switch rooms at midnight because the air conditioning couldn't cool below 20°C. The technician couldn’t fix it and advised me to call the duty manager. I had an early flight and needed rest, but the room change took time, and I was disturbed again by a late-night call offering a towel. I finally slept around 12:30 AM and had to wake up at 5:15 AM. On the bright side, the porter kindly gave me a breakfast bag before my early checkout. Still, I’m reconsidering staying here again—might opt for a 4-star hotel with better comfort next time.

Very low standards of cleanliness. After checking in, I asked for the floors to be washed because there was dust and small debris everywhere. Despite this, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Exceeded expectations! For such an affordable price, I felt like I received 5-star service. Breakfast was included and quite satisfying, and the welcome drink was really refreshing after a long trip. I dropped my luggage before check-in, and it was super convenient, I even got early check-in, which allowed me to explore the city right away and save both time and money. After check-out, I also left my luggage at the hotel and enjoyed a nearby café before my departure. So helpful! The facilities were excellent: power outlets conveniently placed for charging, fresh towels and linens replaced daily, complimentary bottled water, and reliable hot water for showers. There’s also a dispenser for hot and cold water refills. The view from my room was a bonus, I could see Tunjungan Plaza right from the window. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Surabaya. Absolutely loved my stay at Amaris Hotel Embong Malang Surabaya. Definitely staying here again!

Booked two rooms. Great service, location was right smacked in the middle of the city centre. About 5-10 minutes walk to Tunjungan Plaza. Breakfast spread was not bad, quite a variety to choose from. The downside was that there were no mini fridges in our rooms and no day curtains. Also, one of our rooms had cracks on the walls and the paint was fading. The curtain was also torn at eye level. It looked like they didn’t maintain much. Apart from that, all was good.

Tôi muốn mở cửa sổ để hít thở không khí trong lành, nhưng cuối cùng không thể. Tôi không biết là do mình không muốn, hay là việc mở cửa sổ giờ quá khó khăn. Tôi đã ở Indonesia sáu đêm, và đây là khách sạn đầu tiên tôi ở mà cung cấp cả đồ ăn nhẹ và bữa sáng. Bữa sáng không quá phong phú, nhưng giá cả tương đối hợp lý. Các ổ cắm điện đều cùng một loại; họ nên bổ sung thêm các loại ổ cắm quốc tế.

I was pleased with my experience staying at Hotel Bisanta Bidakara. The building is kinda old, but the room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, closet for hanging clothes, refrigerator, and a relaxing bathtub. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast with a diverse range of dishes, including nasi goreng, pecel, bubur ayam, spaghetti, nasi kuning, and many more. However, there were a few issues that arose during my stay. The air conditioning unit failed to turn on for about 20 minutes, the remote control screen was blurry, and there was a noticeable noise from the machine. Fortunately, the AC was able to function again after a short while. While there is room for improvement, the hotel's comfortable rooms, the wonderful breakfast experience and responsive staff make it a good choice for those looking for accommodation in Surabaya.

It’s a decent hotel located in center of Surabaya near to Tunjungan Plaza and Jalan Tunjungan. The room is very standard to everything one person need for few nights stay… nothing fancy. I was assigned room with amazing view from 6th floor. The room is clean and neat and I love that they have smart TV. Wifi is pretty fast and reliable too. One thing for improvement is foul smell on the hallway. I think it’s due to the aging building. However, staffs clean the hallway carpet regularly. I would surely return to this hotel if I go back to Surabaya.
