Pro: Hotel location is quite central with surrounding lively food stalls, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It is also walkable to prime attractions such as the Flamboyan Market and the Kapuas River Waterfront. Breakfast is fairly good despite limited choices. Rooms are spacious, clean, and basic. Hotel decor is primarily modern vs classic European style—both beautiful inside and outside. WiFi is available but was not informed by the check-in staff. All staff are very polite, and that is a big plus! Cons: The area is a bit overcrowded, but that is reasonable. Some exposed areas are a bit unsightly, especially around the hallway. Constant error beeping near the elevator is annoying and the doorbell keeps on malfunctioning.

I have fond memories when staying at Aston Hotels as the service staff are always polite & smiling. Always going out of their way to please. However, I observed that the premises are normally on the older properties, albeit they try their best to keep clean & that the hot/water works well. I commend the front desk & the concierge personnel for their cheerful demeanour & eager smiles. It's near to the nice local produce shop for fruits & packed gifts goods of Pontianak which I bought for home.

Bedsheet unclean, not white color but already become grey🙈 Shower floor VERY VERY slippery, it’s dangerous for children or elderly !! Cannot accommodate with customer request

All staffs Politely, Nicely, helpfully,friendly❤️.the foods very delious, many seletion of the foods,decoration of the hotel such a beutiful❤️ , the hotel very clean🥰 . We will come again at the next we are vacation❤️ Thank you so much for Tulip Hotel.

One of the best capsules Lodge that i even came across. Value for money. I strongly recommended.

Untuk tempat strategis ditengah kota kebersihan juga oke saran untuk pelayanan lebih optimal lagi biar mau check in dan check out tidak lama, karena ditahap itu cukup memakan waktu cukup lama

Lokasinya sangat strategis, cocok untuk yang suka wisata kuliner di malam hari, untuk kamar sesuai dengan harga, namun untuk lampu kalau bisa dibuat lebih tetang, karena terlalu redup

Secure parking area. Deposit 200k upon check in. Minibar available in room but price is misleading. Stated price 7k but was charged 20k upon checkout. When asked for bill, receptionist inform system down. 1st room aircond is not cold. Have to change another room. But the other room have no hot water. Hotel could use more maintenance
