Family Suite is fantastic. Big room, very comfortable bed with one sofa bed already set up. We are lucky to have a corner room with five full windows which three of them are directly facing to the ocean. Breakfast is nice with sufficient choice of food and beverages. Check in & out is efficient! Only minor thing is that the shower holder is a bit loose so can’t hold the shower head. But the location is the best and there are plenty of sightseeing points, activities and nice restaurants are just within walking distance. This hotel is just located opposite to the i360 tower. Upside down house, Long Beach and also 5 minutes walk to the arcade The Pier!! We will definitely come back for our next visit to Brighton!!

The staff can never do enough for us every time we stay, we always have a great experience here, always very clean, it’s not like your usual hotel room, it’s a proper kitted out kitchenette style with everything you need to cook or wash your clothes and it’s always our first choice when staying in Brighton

Stayed here over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, with friendly and helpful reception staff who even offered a free upgrade to a sea-view room on Christmas Day! The breakfast was lovely, and the hotel itself feels new and modern. There’s a convenient car park just across the road with a discount for guests, which is perfect for travellers with a car. I also enjoyed the movie night held in the basement — such a nice touch! The location is ideal with easy access to Brighton’s main attractions. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I booked for myself and my sister for a night away for our Birthdays. We had a lovely stay, our room was upgraded and we had a wonderful sea view. We were given a lovely gift which was so kind and thoughtful and really made our stay extra special. The room was large, with a seating area and a very huge comfy bed. Everything we needed for a relaxing night away. Robes & Slippers Perfect Buffet breakfast was very tasty. Staff friendly and helpful. We shall definitely return. Thank you so much x

The room was spacious, clean and perfect views. As seen on the pictures advertised. I personally found the mattress very hard and needed to use extra pillows to support and bring comfort to my back. Otherwise I would be happy to stay again. Service by staff was polite but have experienced more friendly and more welcoming from other hotels in the area. I would give the hotel 8/10.

High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.

I wanted to stay somewhere central and affordable in Brighton, just for the night. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I managed to park in front of the hotel for an extra fee. I have 2 small remarks to mention: the shower handle was broken, and I had to shower through the main hose and the TV wasn't working. Overall, if you are looking for somewhere basic and with good price, it's not a bad option.
