TTài khoản kháchThe staff can never do enough for us every time we stay, we always have a great experience here, always very clean, it’s not like your usual hotel room, it’s a proper kitted out kitchenette style with everything you need to cook or wash your clothes and it’s always our first choice when staying in Brighton

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhIt was a decent stay and at off peak for £80 on a Saturday it’s not too bad. It’s a nice area of town and near to everything whilst still being quiet. The key code system as helpful asyou could come and go at any time and no check in process was needed.
The room was a reasonable size but the bathroom was very small and tight. The room gad basic creature comforts like soap, small shower gel/shampoo pots and hot drinks facilities.
The overall cleanliness was fine but the extractor fan in the bathroom was very dusty and the shower could’ve been cleaner with some hairs in it. The bed and key hygiene elements were clean though. The floors were quite thin so you could hear neighbours at times and the room could’ve done with a blackout blind really.
If it was cheap to stay again I’d consider here, but I wouldn’t pay more than I did given the overall experience as some basics were overlooked as mentioned. Hopefully the feedback is constructive.

AAmbxviiiAbsolutely amazing hotel and staff, could not fault at all! It was mums 60th birthday who I came with and the staff had sorted 2 drinks vouchers to use in the bar and we came back into the room with a slice of cake with a birthday note! Honestly so perfect and it being right on the seafront is stunning too :)

TTài khoản kháchThe room was spacious, clean and perfect views. As seen on the pictures advertised. I personally found the mattress very hard and needed to use extra pillows to support and bring comfort to my back. Otherwise I would be happy to stay again. Service by staff was polite but have experienced more friendly and more welcoming from other hotels in the area. I would give the hotel 8/10.

Despite the heat, the room was cool and comfortable.
The location is right on the beach next to the pier.
Noise with the windows open is a little loud if you are a light sleeper, but the hotel offers earplugs, and the noise is minimal when the windows are open.
Very relaxing stay.

Llann94High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.

No real complaints staff are very friendly. Getting the bags to the room is difficulty so I wouldn't recommend to someone with reduced mobility.
But overall great view and nice staff.

TTài khoản kháchDễ đặt phòng qua Trip.com, giá cả hợp lý cho phòng với phòng có phòng tắm ở vị trí tuyệt vời. Tôi thích cách trang trí và phòng tắm. Khăn trắng mịn sạch đáng yêu, wifi tốt, mãi ghi rõ, nhìn tắt tắt sáng hữu ích, NHƯNG NHƯNG, đèn đang rơi ra trần, đèn bên giường đều có loại kết nối tường, rất lộn xộn và bụi và giường được gạch chung từ hai divan không tương xứng để có một dốc xuống dốc đến đầu vài inch. Tôi chưa bao giờ thấy gì như thế. Tôi ngủ một hoặc hai tiếng sử dụng gối để tạo mình, nhưng vẫn thức dậy với hết máu đã xảy ra đầu nên tôi phải ngủ trên giường. Một giường để ngủ là yêu cầu cơ bản cho một phòng khách sạn, nên thật sự các bạn, lắp xếp một chiếc giường thực tế!!!!!!
